All Lots will be on display prior to auction starting times and floor bidders are requested to assure themselves of the accuracy of listings prior to bidding. A.C.C.A., on behalf of the vendors, offers a 14-day money back guarantee to absentee bidders if Lots are not as described. All Lots are offered as collectible items and no other assurances or guarantees are given or implied. In all cases of dispute over terms or descriptions, the Auctioneer s decision shall be final.
