Designed for outdoor service, these are provided with arcing horns to open under load with a portable breakload tool. TIPO C The fuse tube is made of fiberglass, epoxy resin and a vulcanized fiber internal coating, which helps arc interruption during failure or excessive overload conditions. Opposed to conventional arrestors, these are disconnected from the distribution line by an air gap that allows controlling the discharges it extinguishes, as demonstrated in the tests performed, which obtained satisfactory results according to specification CFE The design of its silicon rubber sleeve ensures that the arrestor will not release highspeed solid residues and is compliant to be installed under normal and high pollution environmental conditions.
