Derived from the well regarded SAM trailers the Agtrailer product range has been developed over 60 years of experience manufacturing agricultural machinery. 6 DESCRIPTION The Agtrailer Tip Trailer range are hydraulically tipped flat deck trailers with detachable sides and spreader tailgate. The tailgate is usually hydraulically tripped for accurate starts when spreading gravel on tracks. The Agtrailer triangular chassis offers impressive strength to weight ratios and manages stress to resist fatigue and metal failure. The floor of the trailer is made of 32mm H3 Pine or 3-6mm Corten Steel. 7 FEATURES MODULAR DESIGN The deck, sides and axles are all easily removed ensuring minimum down time when serviving is required. Drop-down sides are removable. HEAVY-DUTY CHASSIS The triangular chassis offers impressive strength to weight ratios and manages stress to resist fatigue and metal failure. The floor of the trailer is made of 32mm H3 Pine or 3-6mm Corten Steel depending on the need. DROP-DOWN SIDES The trailer sides are drop-down and fully removable. Drop-in sides are available on request. ANTI-CORROSIVE Steel parts are power blasted, epoxy primed and coated with two pack eurethane for corrosion resistance. Chassis parts, side panels and tailgate can be hotdipped galvinised. ACCURATE SPREADS The tailgate can be hydraulically tripped for accurate starts when spreading gravel on tracks. MANOEUVRABLE All models are with an assymetric, independently oscillating tandem walking beam axle. This improves manoeuvrability and reduces tyre wear on paved surfaces while maintaining good floatation suspension for rough surfaces. AGTRAILER PRODUCT BROCHURE 5

9 ACCESSORIES SWIVEL TOW EYE The Swivel Tow Eye is optional for your trailer. It is ideal for use on uneven terrain and is a safety feature in the case of trailer rollovers. HYDRAULIC BRAKES The Hydraulic Brakes are recommended for larger trailers. They are available as two (front wheel) or as four wheel braked systems. LED LIGHTS & HAZARDS Be safe and be seen while on the road. Get the LED Lights and Hazard Panels fitted to your trailer if you are planning to tow the wagon on the road. HYDRAULIC LATCHING TAILGATE The tailgate is hydraulically tripped for accurate starts when spreading gravel on tracks. DECK EXTENSION The Deck Extension adds 0.9m to 1.2m of length to any trailer deck. These extensions are usually for transporting hay, straw, bailage or for transporting farm equipment.
