8 Security Features CSE Connex is a sophisticated car tracking security system with driver recognition and Secure Operating Centre (SOC). Security System A highly intelligent and accurate tracking device with in-built backup battery, motion detector, GNSS location, and Driver Card support. GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) uses a combination of GPS and GLONASS satellites for high reliability and accuracy of location data. Driver Card that recognises the driver automatically The Driver Card is a card that recognises the authorised driver when driver starts the car. If the car is driven without the Driver Card, theft alert will be activated automatically, and theft alert will be sent to the owner and SOC. Theft recovery will also be activated. Vehicle Violation If the car is towed, battery disconnected or if the system wiring is cut, theft alert will be activated and alerts will be sent to the owner and SOC. Theft recovery will also be activated. SMS Alerts SMS will be sent to alert drivers in the event of theft.

9 Secure Operating Centre (SOC) A 24/7 security operation with a dedicated group of personnel that are experienced in dealing with stolen car recovery. The operation includes theft management experts and close coordination with the Police to ensure recovery. System Health Check System health check is automatically performed to ensure that the system is functioning normally. If it fails to respond during the health check, an SMS alert is sent followed by a call from the SOC. Compensation Guarantee If your stolen car is recovered within 72 hours, we will cover the cost of repair for any damages on your car. If recovery takes longer than 72 hours, you will be compensated with cash and credit for your next car purchase. Valet Parking Protection If the Driver Card is not left in the vehicle or handed to the valet, an SMS alert is sent followed by a call from the SOC if the vehicle is driven.

10 Smart Lifestyle Features A host of smart features to help you keep track of your car via one convenient app: My Connected Car SOS Call A call can be made to SOC for enquiries or to report a theft. Car Finder This feature allows you to find your car and get its status in real time. You can sound the car horn to help find it in a large car park.* You can also get direction to your car from where you are. Security Alert* Crank Inhibition: If your car is moving, this feature will prevent your car from moving after it had stopped. If your car is stationary, the car cannot be started. (if fitted) System Disarm: You can disable the security system without triggering the false alarm for 5 minutes if you misplaced your Driver Card, or if the device battery is low. Dissuasion: You can initiate theft alert on the spot by activating the horn and/or the blinkers. (if fitted) Geofence Alert Set a geofence for an area (e.g. your house) and if your car enters and exits your house, you will receive an alert. Speed Limit Alert Set speed limit to your car and each time the speed is exceeded, you will receive an alert. *applicable to selected car model only

11 Special Modes Garage Mode: If your car is to be sent to a service centre or if the car battery is expected to be disconnected, use this feature to set your car to Garage Mode to avoid false tracking by SOC. Transport Mode: If your car is towed or transported, use this feature to set your car to Transport Mode to avoid false tracking by SOC. Battery Low Alert If the Driver Card battery, vehicle battery or device battery are weak, an SMS alert will be sent. Connected Car** Real Time Vehicle Tracking: Find out where your car is via your smartphone, anytime, anywhere. Driver Scoring: A tool to manage, rate and find out more about your driving habits to increase safety on the road.
