5 SERVICE ONLINE BOOKING BMW Service Online booking gives you direct access to the Service Department at the BMW Centre of your choice 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Once registered, you can book your vehicle into any BMW Service Centre in the BMW Network. THE BMW SERVICE ONLINE APP ALLOWS YOU TO: Register using your address and basic details. Add your BMW to a virtual online Garage. Select general or specific repairs as required. Book an MOT or diagnostics check. Select a date and time to suit you. Select specific transport options depending on your requirements. Following any booking, your selected BMW Centre will give you a courtesy call to confirm your details and find out if there is anything else they can do to help. 6 CONDITION BASED SERVICING Condition Based Servicing technology uses sensors to monitor the condition of parts, such as filters, brake pads and operating fluids, in your car. Your BMW is designed to be self-monitoring. Therefore, it will always calculate when a service operation is due, continually counting down the number of miles to your service, and alert you with warning symbols if attention is needed urgently. BMW FAST LANE Our Fast Lane programme lasts 90 minutes and covers a wide range of service and maintenance procedures. Sometimes you can t wait around, and this is exactly what the fast lane service is for. You ll be asked a few questions to determine whether the work your BMW requires can be done within this time. If it can, you can relax in our customer lounge with internet access and refreshments before being reunited with your car. 7 BMW SERVICE INCLUSIVE BMW Service Inclusive is the best way to keep your BMW feeling as perfect as the day you received it. It s the package that s been designed to work with your BMW. BMW Service Inclusive covers all of your servicing costs up to five years, or the first 50,000 miles. Furthermore, with MOT Protect included, in the unlikely event that your car does fail any of its first three MOT tests, you won t have to foot the bill on repairs. Replacements and labour are covered on a long list of key items from electrical and lighting equipment to steering and suspension.
