2 Optimal car cleaning with original Mercedes-Benz products Environmental and health protection belong to the Mercedes-Benz product strategy. All chemical Mercedes-Benz car care products are in accordance with our requirements and developed based on the strict internal environmental requirements of Daimler AG audited by external laboratories. Our strict delivery requirements and the implementation of recognized environmental management system at our suppliers guarantee compliance with these stringent requirements.

3 Mercedes-Benz genuine Car shampoo Phosphate-free detergents For a thorough cleaning, for example, to prevent flash rust Easy handling to dosing Open sealed lid, fill measuring cap by squeezing. Add this amount to a bucket containing 5 litres of water, stir well or mix the water with the MB car shampoo using a powerful jet. Wash the car (not in the sun or when the engine bonnet is warm - only use a soft sponge), rinse with clean water and dry off with a chamois. A ml type: plastic bottle with metering head Composition: aqueous tenside solution, phosphate-free For all MB vehicles

4 Mercedes-Benz genuine Wheel cleaner Removes stubborn fouling such as aggressive brake dust, oil deposits and other road grime, leaving nothing behind Because it comes as a gel, it sticks to the fouling for a long time, dissolving it more quickly Spray evenly onto dry or damp rims and hub caps from a short distance. Depending on the degree of fouling, leave for 1-5 minutes to take effect. If required, also use a sponge or brush. Then, thoroughly rinse with a powerful jet of water or, better still, with a high-pressure washer. Please note: do not use in blazing sunshine or on hot rims. Not to be used on unpainted, polished aluminium rims. s: cleaning agent for all painted steel and light alloy rims plus hub caps. A A ml 5 l type: PET bottle with sprayer / plastic canister Composition: aqueous, alkaline cleaning agent. Acid and phosphate-free. Contains no organic solvents. Application area: cleaner for all carbon steel- and light alloy- wheels, also for chromed and polished wheels of MB vehicles. It neither attacks the surface of the wheels nor the wheel bolts. Tip: repeat application for severe fouling. Loosen heavy fouling with a sponge or with the brush supplied (with 500ml).

5 Mercedes-Benz genuine Exterior Car Care Kit The exterior car care kit contains the following products: Car shampoo A Wheel cleaner with brush A Car care cloth (imitation leather, 390x350mm, neutral colour, non-perforated, printed, packed in cellophane) Car sponge Description Two very popular care products for the exterior of the car as well as complementary car care products to go with them: a car sponge, an imitation leather cloth and a wheel brush. In addition a black leisure bag with printed MB logo as packing. The car care products can also be ordered individually. A Product features you will find at the particular products.

6 Mercedes-Benz genuine Convertible top cleaner Removes dirt, nicotine, squashed insects, bird droppings For all-year-round use Sweep or vacuum off any loose soiling. Spray MB Convertible top cleaner evenly and leave for 1-2 min to take effect and clean with a damp sponge. Wash again with a wet sponge and dry with a cloth. A ml type: PE bottle with pump-spray action (trigger) Composition: contains anionic and non-ionic tensides as well as solubilisers. : inside and outside of Cabrio convertible tops of MB vehicles.

Testing by Daimler s technical department has shown that the product is environmentally-compatible and not harmful to health. Research, Innovation, Technology This product has been specially tested for compatibility with the materials in our vehicles and meets our high quality standards. It has only been approved under Daimler AG s strict, self-imposed environmental conditions. Shake before use! First, brush off any loose dust or dirt. Then wash the convertible top with MB Cabrio convertible top cleaner and leave to dry. Mask off adjoining paint, glass or plastic surfaces. Shake can before using. Spray surfaces evenly from a distance of approx. 30 cm. After drying for approx. 2 min, repeat the process. A ml type: tinplated aerosol can with PP cap Composition: contains water-repellent silicone compounds and hydrocarbons plus propellant gas : for impregnating and therefore enhancing the water-repellent properties of Cabrio fabric convertible tops

8 Mercedes-Benz genuine Chrome care The new MB chrome cleaner is ideal for the care of decorative trim It thoroughly and gently restores dull and corroded areas on decorative trim and removes soiling and residual rust The original shine is restored and simultaneously preserved with a protective film that prevents rust from reforming Another major advantage of this product is that it can be used to care for both chromed and painted areas: the chrome cleaner removes light scratches and may be used on paintwork Testing by Daimler's technical department has shown that the product is testing and ecology department of Daimler AG. Wash the vehicle with MB car shampoo. Apply the paste to the clean, dry surface using cotton wool or a soft cloth. Rub in with moderate or heavy pressure depending on the purpose. Allow to dry then polish thoroughly. Also effective on paintwork which has become dull or weathered and to remove light surface scratches. Finally buff the treated surface to a high sheen with MB polish and seal with MB gloss preservative. Attention: not suitable for use on aluminium parts. 9 Mercedes-Benz genuine Insect remover MB insect remover will remove insect fouling particularly quickly from glass, painted, chrome and plastic surfaces, without harming these materials Due to its outstanding penetration and coverage qualities, the cleaner can easily soften even dried-on insect remains attack to the paint which can then only be removed by polishing with a product containing an abrasive agent (e.g. MB polish or fine polishing paste) Adjust spray head to required spray shape. Spray well over the area to be treated and leave for a few minutes to take effect. Then, thoroughly rinse with water and wash the car as usual. Particular advice: do not apply in blazing sunshine or onto hot paintwork. Do not let the product dry on the paintwork. Tip: outstandingly suited as a pre-cleaning agent for car washes. If insect remains are allowed to remain for long periods on vehicle paintwork, this can lead to corrosion. Apply a few drops to the pane of glass and rub all over with a soft rag or dampened sponge. Once dry, shine with a dry cloth. not on paint, plastic and vulcanised rubber. A A ml 250 ml type: PE- / PA-bottle with child-proof lock and screw cap Composition: contains nonionic surfactants, alcohols and mineral powders in aqueous emulsion : Cleaning the car windows outside (except plastic disks) on all MB vehicles.

12 Mercedes-Benz genuine Tar remover MB tar remover gently and thoroughly removes tar and oil stains as well as other stubborn fouling Cleans by itself without the need for rubbing or scraping and can be sprayed from any position because of its special valve Even removes underfloor protection and cavity sealing splashes plus remains of stickers Spray MB tar remover either directly onto the affected area or apply it with a soft cloth. Leave it to take effect for a few minutes, then wipe off with a damp cloth or wash the whole vehicle and reseal the treated surfaces with MB gloss preserver. Please note: do not spray onto turn signal and stop lamps. Be careful with new or re-sprayed paint. A ml type: aerosol can Composition: mixture of organic solvents with emulsifying agent : for all painted parts and chrome surfaces of MB vehicles

13 Mercedes-Benz genuine Polishing cloth The ideal helper for shining paintwork The soft, fleecy cloth is lint-free and will not scratch or damage the paintwork. The structure of the cloth ensures optimum utilisation of MB car care products (Paint cleaner, Polish, Gloss preserver) These are very efficiently absorbed by the cloth and applied to the paintwork in the correct amounts. The excellent qualities of the cloth remain unchanged even when using solvents. Take a polishing cloth from the wrapper and apply the MB car care product to the clean, dry paintwork (follow the instructions for the care product). a fresh cloth to polish to a high gloss. Tip: Always use a fresh cloth for the final polish. A pieces type: foil Composition: 70 % viscose, 30 % polyester : robust, absorbent cloth for cleaning and polishing paintwork

Wipe the polished or previously sealed paintwork carefully without applying pressure. Keep moving onto a new area as you wipe. The cloth is washable up to max.60 C, do not use softener! Do not tumble dry.
