Compressor Impeller Ref. PW MM LP Impeller Inlet LE dent in area Cb on one blade.350" long but <.118" deep is permitted. LE nicks and dents in area Cb observed on one blade >.030" in depth and >.060" long must be blended. Several others with small tears and raised material also require blending. Ref. AMM inspection check 1 pgs. 7, 9 & 10 attached. LP Impeller Outlet No discrepancies noted at this time. Suggested Action: Blend LP Impeller blades IA W AMM.

One dent near root in area C <.5" in length is permitted. Nick in the LE observed on one blade in area C.013" in depth and.032" in radial length refers to Category 1. Nick in the LE observed on one splitter vane in area C.027" in depth and.095" in radial length refers to Category 1 : Record the size and type of damage found. Do a subsequent borescope inspection after 100 hours, but not later then 200 hours. If the subsequent inspection reveals no change in the condition of the damage from the initial inspection, no more action is required. Ref. AMM inspection check 1pgs. 14, 15& 16attached. Ref. AMM inspection check 2 pg. 6 attached. NGV's Cracks observed on the TE, concave side and inner platforms of many vanes are permitted. Small holes observed in the LE of four vanes exposing the inner cavity refer to Category C: Serviceable condition with subsequent borescope inspection interval: For engine on ECTM: 600 hours maximum. For engine not on ECTM : 400 hours maximum. NOTE: For more frequent borescope inspections, it is recommended to do a borescope inspection through the igniter ports instead of the fuel nozzle ports. Ref. AMM Inspection Check 2 pgs. 14, 16 & 19 attached. Suggested Action: Refer to Category C as stated above.

It is exclusive of any damage not detectable wit/jou/ removal and disassembly of tile unit. This report is submitted in confidence to tile above named client. Tile external video walk around is for cursory purposes only which covers general cleanliness, obvious damage and leaks, a more detailed inspection should be provided by the maintenance facility. Some service bulletins and AD's may be incorporated as routine but specific SB's should be requested with tile work order. Although this report is believed to be a true and fair representation of the condition of the engine. the client acknowledges that BO V's liability is limited to tile amount of the invoice. The engines inspected may /Jave been prepared for borescope by tile facility named above under j ob site and returned to original condition by the same facility.
