23 Fax Toll Free TERMS AND OTHER INFORMATION PRICING: To get bottom line pricing on your chemical purchases, we recommend ordering a minimum of 5 items at the same time. Some products cannot be combined with others to receive multi-item pricing. These include Blue Penguin Detail Products, Freshents, Spindle Oil 60, Car Bombs, Aroma Disks, and all vending machine products. It is our intention to hold prices firm until the next printing of our catalog. However, prices and specifications are subject to change without notice due to random fluctuations in the cost of raw materials. DELIVERY: Free delivery in the Detroit Metropolitan area on all orders of 400 lbs. or more. When possible, equipment and pails will be combined with drum orders. Otherwise, smaller orders will be shipped by UPS Ground. Outside our normal delivery area, orders are F.O.B. Detroit. RETURNS: A restocking fee of 20% is applicable for unopened products less than three months old. Older products are non-returnable. Partial drums are subject to lab testing. No partial credit can be issued for non-conforming materials. Restocking fee will be deducted from any credit. TERMS: Terms are Net 30 with approved credit. A 1½% per month carrying charge will be added to past due accounts. A $50.00 charge will be added for all returned checks.
