3 TO BEGIN YOUR VEHICLE WRAP PROGRAM THIS ORDER/PROCEDURE FORM AND THE CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION FORM MUST BE FAXED TO: (905) Upon receipt of the order form, your IDP Group Wrap Representative will contact you by phone or , within 1 business day, to confirm receipt of order and discuss any uestions you may have. At this time your Rep. will also process 50% of the order total to the credit card provided and you the invoice/balance. You will need to your Rep. straight-on digital photos of each side, front and rear of your vehicle(s) being wrapped. Once your Rep. has received the digital photos, your wrap(s) will be scheduled for design, printing and installation. Please be aware that your wrap(s) will be in the printing department for approximately 10 business days prior to shipping. All orders are shipped via FedEx Ground please allow 5-7 business days for shipping. For priority shipping options and rates, please contact us. Once your wrap kit(s) has been shipped from our location your Rep. will contact you and provide you with the installer details (location & contact information) and assist you in coordinating an appropriate installation date/time. Installation of vehicle wraps in remote locations, may reuire you to travel for installation to closest installer or pay additional install travel costs. Once the installation has been completed, your Rep. will contact you and also process the remaining 50% of your order total. Please wait at least 1 week after installation before washing your vehicle(s). Avoid high pressure/mechanical car washes - refer to invoice for warranty details. *Vehicle wrap process takes approximately 3-4 weeks for completion (Point of order Installation)* VEHICLE PREPARATION DETAILS: Any existing vehicle decals must be removed prior to the date of installation. Any glue residue should also be cleaned from the vehicle s surface a heat gun will help the decals peel off and wax/silicon remover is a good cleaning agent. Removal of decals can also be done at any local sign shop at your expense. IDP/Vehiclewraps installer can remove decals at a charge of $50 /hour to be billed to your invoice. If you choose this option, you MUST let your Rep. know so that the installation time can be scheduled accordingly. All vehicles must be washed/dry at least 24 hours before installation.
