If it is indeed damaged, you must sign Damaged on the POD. You must also notify our Staff of the damage with photos within 24 hours of receiving delivery. Sammitr Australia will not be responsible for any costs or accept any claims or returns for damaged goods if a dealer has failed to adhere to this procedure Signing for damaged products in good condition will result in you accepting responsibility and costs 3 Canopy Installation Commercial Information - 1st June 2018 Prices are Free into store (FIS) as designated in the Freight Information section. Please request the surcharge amount at time of order placement 2 Accessories All accessories are shipped at cost to the purchasing Dealer. Sammitr Australia will use its preferred freight/ courier provider and add the freight cost to the sales invoice. The purchasing dealer can request to use their preferred freight/courier provider and must arrange all details. If the dealer arranges ther freight/courier, they must inform Sammitr Australia at time of order and note the freight/courier provider on the purchase order. 3 Spare Parts All Spare Parts are shipped at cost to the purchasing Dealer. Sammitr Australia will use its prefered freight/ courier provider and add the freight cost to the sales invoice. The purchasing dealer can request to use their preferred freight/courier provider and must arrange all details. 10 1 Fleet Qualification To qualify for the fleet program and pricing, an end user Customer must own and opertate a fleet of 20 Commecial Utes ( Dual cab or Extra Cab) or more 2 Standard Fleet Pricing For 1 to 5 units in a single transaction, an additional 2% discount off the Dealer Net price applies.
