Our products have proven years after years as the leader in fitment, quality, appearance and competitive price. Our mission is to provide our customers the fine products at an unmatchable value. Notice of Defects/Return The Buyer must make any claims of defects, including but not limited to those related to shortages, quality, or specification, within the first 14 days after the receipt of merchandise. The Seller cannot be responsible for shortages when shipments are directed to a third party. It is the responsibility of Buyer to inspect upon receipt, that all merchandise delivered matches its order. Modification of Goods: Once merchandise is modified or altered in anyway, the Buyer cannot return or make a claim relating to such merchandise. The Seller is not responsible for fallout or loss during alteration process. Merchandise modified by the Buyer, or modified by seller at the request of Buyer, may not be returned, Seller may agree, as an accommodation to Buyer, to purchase these items. Should seller make this accommodation, Buyer authorizes Seller to sell such merchandise and warrants that it has the right to sell such goods to Seller and releases and indemnifies seller from any liability related to labels, marks, designs or other intellectual property rights in anyway related to the sale or distributions of these goods. Non-Surfficient Funds (NSF) Checks Carrichs will impose an additional $35.00 fee for each NSF check submitted and buyer s account will be placed on cashier check and/or credit card only status. If satisfactory arrangements have been made, buyer s account will be restored to the prior term status.

37 37 Limited Warranty Carrichs extends a limited warranty against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. This limited warranty is void by damage or defects in appearance due to accident, abuse, alterations to the products, improper installation, corrosive environments or any other abnormal conditions. This limited warranty does not cover non Carrichs branded products. Any warranty applicable to non-carrichs branded products is provided by the original manufacturer. This limited warranty applies to only to the original purchaser of the product and covers only the defective part. The warranty year begins upon purchase of the product by the end user. All requests for warranty must include the original invoice. Product Catalog 2016 Return Policy Products must be returned to our Paramount, CA facility with a Return Goods Authorization (RGA) number, freight prepaid. Items sent without a RGA number and/or freight collect will be refused. RGA numbers are valid for 14 days from the date of issue. Carrichs reserves the right to repair and/or replace the item at our discretion. Warranted items will be returned freight prepaid upon acceptance of our responsibility of the defect. Some return may be subject to a re-stocking fee or may not be returnable. All products being returned must be well packed so they arrive in a saleable condition. Any returned products not arrive in good saleable condition will not be processed for credit. Technical Support Carrichs will provide technical support for products at no additional charge. For Carrichs-branded products, the socpe of technical support consists of application referencing and installation instructions. Technical support for issues beyond the scope of this basic technical support may be available under other service packages. Carrichs provides technical support via online, telephone and other methods. Carrichs may change the means through which it provides technical support at any time.
