2 IMPORTANT POINTS GARAGE Buildings are supplied in sectional form. Price does NOT include erection. All buildings must be erected on a firm level surface. Failure to do so may result in distortion of the building. Smaller buildings can be erected on pressure treated timber bearers (available at an additional charge). Larger buildings should be erected on paving/concrete base. Delivery is to kerbside only. Delivery is usually 3-4 weeks. Buildings supplied with 20kg roofing felt 10m x 1m rolls. Prices shown include delivery within a 15 mile radius of our premises. Eaves height 83 < 99 ridge Framing 3 x 1½, cloth lining Personal door in lieu of window at no extra cost Double side hung doors - 83 x 75. Can be supplied glazed or solid at no extra cost Double garage has 2 separate pairs of doors Up and over doors can be supplied - at extra cost Buildings are supplied untreated and must be coated with a suitable preservative prior to, or immediately after assembly and regularly re treated at intervals as recommended by the preservative manufacturer. DIPPED Buildings have had a surface coat of preservative treatment and will require annual re treatment. Buildings are pressure treated to resist rot and require no further treatment. They can be painted/stained. These buildings will eventually fade to a silver grey. CEDAR buildings can be supplied on request. Please ask for prices. APEX sheds - the door is ALWAYS in the apex section, which is the shorter. The windows are ALWAYS in the longer side. PENT sheds - the door can (usually) be positioned in either end or the front. The windows are ALWAYS in the longest side. CABIN sheds - the door and windows are ALWAYS in the apex section (one window either side of the door). Door/window options for Pent sheds.
