5 Chair Feature Explanation 600#/Any Size 30 ISW Stackable Casters Gangable Multi-seating Stool Benches Settee High arm Hip chair Wall guard leg MRI Table Any Size Seating products are designed to accommodate every individual that uses a space without sacrificing style, design or continuity. Any Size Products can be mixed in with standard size products of the same design to allow for maximum flexibility and options that make your guests feel both welcome and comfortable. Every frame in these designs, regardless of the physical size, is built to the same demanding standards of a 600 lbs. Drop Test and 1200 lbs. Static Load Test. Many facilities use 30 inside width seating as standards for bariatric applications. If you need a different size for any reason, Any Size Seating can accommodate. Just call and ask! We build stacking chairs in wood AND metal frame construction. Choices include designs that stack from three to five chairs high. Our Plus Size Seating collection includes six designs with stacking models that are available in expanded sizes. We can add casters as an option on most of our chair models; two wheels or four. Look for the symbol on the product matrix at the caster slot. Contact Kutzke Furniture Inc Customer Service for details. Many of our chair models can be ganged together. Some use a clip that stores in the frame and is simple to use. Check our product matrix for specific models. Ganging is a great option where multiple seating is needed or to meet safety code requirements. Multiple seating units save space and cost with economical, comfortable arrangements. Multi-seating units are individual seats with a shared arm, and can include attached tables. Our product matrix lists our multi-seat units or you can contact Kutzke Furniture Customer Service for more information. Many of our designs are available in a stool version. Most include seat height options between 24 and 30 inches,and several are also available with arms. Wooden benches with or without arms can be used in many applications including entries, elevator lobbies and valet parking waiting areas. All are easily customized to meet your space requirements if one of our standard products just won t fit. There are times when additional seating is required for more than one person. At Kutzke Furniture Inc, we build settees for these occasions. A settee is bigger than a chair, yet smaller than a sofa. Settee s are easily customized to meet your space requirements if one of our standard products just won t fit. Chateau and Lamineer chairs have a High/Senior arm style available for ease in sitting or in standing up. Just another one of the options for these versatile chair lines. More and more waiting rooms and lobbies are including a hip chair for the comfort of guests dealing with joint issues. Hip chairs are also a great option for many exam rooms. Aspen, Dakota, Itasca, Manitou, and Superior are built with a standard wall saver leg design. All of our other chair models can be built with an optional wall guard leg. Great for applications where the chairs sit against a wall to prevent damage to walls. We currently offer five of our chair models in a metal free version for use in MRI rooms or when your application calls for an iron-free chair. Please refer to the product matrix for these models. Several table models are available. Whether you need occasional or Drum tables, we offer them. We offer tables in many sizes, with wood or metal frames, in coordinating laminates and finishes to complement your chairs. Choose a standard size or create a custom size. 21 Introducing Solid Surface Armcaps Here at Kutzke Furniture Inc, we are constantly looking for ways to improve our product offering to our customers. A common issue in the commercial furniture industry is that end-users can really put a chair to the test in a short period of time. One common place for wear and tear is on the top of the arm. Even with a polyurethane armcap, many chairs begin to look old long before their desired lifetime is up. Another issue is that typical polyurethane armcaps can cause issues with sanitation requirements. Polyurethane often has a texture to it that can require extra cleaning procedures. If it gets scratched, the armcap often needs to be replaced since there is no way to repair the surface and scratches can collect dirt and be unsightly. To address these concerns, Kutzke Furniture Inc has developed a Solid Surface Solution. Solid Surface Material is very scratch and dent resistant. It can stand up to impact and rubbing with very minimal effect. Solid Surface Material is a closed-cell acrylic that is chemically resistant, easy to clean, and has no pores leading to excellent resistance to dirt build up. If it gets scratched, all it takes is a simple buff with a scrubbing pad and the armcap is as good as new. For established accounts, credit terms are NET 30 days from invoice date. A 1 ½% per month or 18% annual finance charge will be assessed on all past due balances. When exceeding the agreed to credit limit, a 50% deposit may be required with the purchase order. Established accounts that do not maintain a prompt pay status will be assigned a Cash Before Shipment requirement. All custom orders require a 50% deposit due with order and the balance paid prior to shipment or upon notification that the order is ready to ship. Application for credit must be made on the Kutzke Furniture credit application form and include four current trade references, plus one bank reference. Please include addresses, and fax numbers for all references. Allow a minimum of 30 days for reference checking. Open credit is subject to our credit policies. Storage If the customer will not accept delivery of merchandise when Kutzke Furniture is ready to make shipment, we will transfer the merchandise to storage. Costs for transfer to and from storage, as well as insurance, will be at the customer s expense. Kutzke Furniture considers such a transfer to be the same as delivery, and will issue an invoice and expect payment at that time. The customer bears the risk of loss or damage during storage. Cancellations & Returns Kutzke Furniture s acceptance of an order is final. Orders may not be cancelled nor furniture returned without Kutzke Furniture s written approval. Kutzke Furniture reserves to its sole judgment when and under what circumstances it will approve a cancellation or a return. Custom orders cannot be canceled or changed once production has begun. Requests for cancellations or furniture returns should be made in writing. If an order specifying Customer s Own Material (COM) is canceled after the COM has been cut, credit for the COM will not be issued. In the event of any and all cancellations, Kutzke Furniture will charge the customer for any portion of the order that has been completed, plus an amount of profit that has been lost on the remaining portion of the order. Kutzke Furniture will be compensated for the full amount of any special materials, fabrics, vinyls or top-grain leathers that Kutzke Furniture is required to provide. Measurements & Weights All measurements and weights are approximate and subject to change without notice. Shipping All shipments are FOB White Bear Lake, Minnesota and are quoted for dockto-dock service. Any additional freight fees (i.e. demurrage, extra delivery or notification charges including inside delivery and freight damage claims) will be the responsibility of the customer. Third party freight billing directly to you by the carrier is available upon request. Blanket Wrapped Shipments For many orders, blanket wrapped shipments may provide a lower total cost after factoring in unpacking and carton disposal costs. Blanket wrapped shipments also produce less waste because they use less packaging material. Kutzke Furniture reserves the right to use blanket wrapped shipping on any order in excess of 25 stacks or cartons. Freight Damage Claims Freight Damage Claims are the responsibility of the customer. Upon receipt, you must unpack all cartons and examine the shipment carefully. 25 Finishes We take our wood very seriously. From lumber selection to sanding, staining and finishing, we are focused on producing a durable finish that will provide you with years of service. Sanding, Staining and Finishing Facts The finishing process for our chairs begins before they are assembled. Every design is analyzed and components, sub-assemblies and final assemblies are sanded first by machine and finally by hand to prepare a surface that will be uniform and ready to accept stain and finish without flaw. Stains are hand rubbed for uniformity and maximum wood penetration. Every piece then goes through a two-stage sealing and finishing process to produce a tough, durable finish that looks great and will last for years. Many of our customers have chairs that have been in continuous service for more than 15 years. Standard Metal Finishes Strong, durable steel chair frames deserve the best metal finishes available. All Kutzke Furniture chairs are available with powder coat finishes and many can be chrome plated. Satin Black or Silver Powder are the standard metal finishes for: Aspen Sita Custom Metal Finishes Custom powder coat colors and chrome finishes are available. Upholstery CAL TB 117 All items are manufactured with premium grade polyurethane foam filling which meets California Technical Bulletin #117 and BIFMA x flammability standards. CAL TB 133 All Kutzke Furniture upholstered chairs can be constructed to be CAL TB 133 compliant. When our chairs are manufactured with a fire barrier layer, CAL TB 133 compliance can be achieved with a wide range of commercial fabrics. The additional charge for CAL TB 133 compliant construction is: +15% List extra for all single chair models +20% List extra for all multiple seating, sofa or settee models By using a proper fire barrier, most fabrics will comply with CAL TB 133. Fabric content information for CAL TB 133 orders must be provided at time of order to determine if the proposed upholstery fabric is an exception. If project specific test results are required, the customer will be required to pay for the test chair, any test charges and attendant freight costs. Customers should also be aware that the use of a fire barrier to achieve CAL TB 133 compliance may affect the upholstered appearance and comfort of the product.
