4 Industrial Hygiene Air Monitoring Cassettes Reliable determination of air quality 25 mm PCM and TEM Cassettes for Asbestos Sampling Air Analysis Asbestos cassettes are made of conductive polypropylene. Cassettes are supplied with MCE filters, 0.8 µm for PCM or 0.45 µm with 5 µm backup for TEM. All cassettes are sealed with the LOK-Seal band. Both PCM and TEM cassettes come in boxes of 50 and include blank cassette labels and a Certificate of Quality. Bar codes and serial numbers are clearly printed on each cassette band and make identification easy. 8 General Information General Information Shipping All orders are ex-works, our warehouse, Charleston, SC, USA unless otherwise specified. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Damaged or Incomplete Shipments Please inspect all shipments upon arrival for damage or shortages incurred in shipping. Damaged shipments should NOT be accepted until the driver has noted damage on both the shipper and receiver s copy of the delivery receipt. In the event a damaged shipment is received, keep all packing materials for later inspection. Contact Environmental Express Customer Service immediately to report damaged, incomplete or incorrect shipments. Return Policy All product returns must be pre-authorized by Environmental Express. Contact Customer Service to receive a return authorization number. Return items will be inspected and are subject to a restocking fee. Returned items must have been purchased directly from Environmental Express, Inc. Non-returnable items include custom orders and items with expired shelf lives. Items must be returned within 60 days of receipt (excluding equipment). Limited Product Warranty Environmental Express products are warranted to meet their current stated quality and performance specifications and to be free of defects in material or workmanship for a period of one year from the date of shipment. Mishandling of the product by the customer, either in use or in storage, voids the terms of this warranty.
