1 1 AQUARIUS-Amphimaster 5000 The amphibious and versatile tool carrier for an effective and environment-friendly water management program The Aquarius-Amphimaster 5000 is a unique amphibious vehicle used in swampy areas where access for conventional machines is difficult or impossible. The track design allows the machine to float and manoeuvre both on land and in the water. The tracks have a very low ground pressure allowing it to cross a "fairway" on a golf course or be driven in sensitive areas without causing damage. It is designed with a joystick control system that is easily operated by the operator. The machine can turn on a dime. The machine is equipped with a lifting arm on which various accessories can be easily mounted. An adjustable weight distribution system is installed providing ballast and a level operating platform for the various attachments. The tracks consist of a number of paddles and can be driven simultaneously forward and reverse, allowing the vehicle to turn on its own axis in the water. On contact with the bottom in shallow water or on land, the paddle provide excellent traction. Speeds: 0-5 km/h in the water 0-6 km/h on land

2 2 Technical features The Aquarius-Amphimaster 5000 has been designed with comfort in mind. The driver's seat is adjustable and includes a folding canvas cover to protect the driver from sun or rain. 2 joystick controls for steering and for operating optional attachments help in the smooth running of the machine. 4 4 Rakes for various applications Standard-Rake to collect waterplants, reeds, floating debris etc. Equipped with a screen, the rake serves to pick up floating algae or small duckweed. 5 5 Dredgepump The Dredgepump is used for pumping sediment. There are 2 suction devices, the screw type and the turning wheel, according to the choice of the amphibious vehicle. 6 6 Excavator The Excavator can be mounted onto the Amphimaster and offers unique possibilities. It is well adapted to clear silt from around sluice gates, inflows or outflows, for digging ditches or cable laying in swampy areas. The excavator is operated by the driver using two coordinated levers that are installed on the middle bracket. A 23 liter bucket is included in the unit price. 7 7 Trailer Variant The Trailer Variant is designed and built specifically to transport the amphibious vehicle Aquarius-Amphimaster The chassis is manufactured of high tensile steel with special I-griders, making it strong but light-weight. The total permissible weight is 2'700 kg. It includes a loading ramp, a tipping mechanism, a steering frame and a set of straps. 8 8 Telescopic arm with Clamshellbucket/- grapple The Clamshellbucket and grapple including telescopic arm or direct fastener are used to lift aquatic vegetation, soil or stones out of the water up to a depth of 2 meters.
