12 New Label Internal Harness CRs Do not use the lower anchors of the child restraint anchorage system (LATCH system) to attach this child restraint when restraining a child weighing more than (combined recommended weight and weight of CR does not exceed 65 pounds)

16 No Tether Anchor Limit Required FROM NHTSA: For now, the agency is not requiring a commensurate label on weight limits for use of the top tether.
