2 1 Pricing is effective January 1 st, 2016 and is quoted in CDN dollars. First time customers are required to pay by CC or cheque prior to order being shipped. After initial PO, customer may apply for credit. On custom orders, there may be an over/under run of up to 5%. Standard production time on stock orders is 1 week. For custom orders, production time is 1-6 weeks depending on the product. For pre-production samples of custom orders, there is a $150 charge which is fully refunded upon approval of PO. Samples are no charge but are shipped on your freight account.
