Is there a set-up fee? Yes, there is a 1 time $45 set-up fee per piece of artwork. If you order a product printed on two sides with 2 different pieces of artwork, another $45 charge will be added.

No we currently print single-color imprints on our products. However, all pricing listed includes a single-color imprint. What artwork formats do you accept? Vector Adobe Illustrator (.ai) Vector PDF (.pdf) or Vector EPS (.eps) Do not distort the artwork for the tapering of the product. Product Index Easily accessible information regarding our available custom printing products. Includes item number, description, color, case pack, weight, case dimensions and the product page number. Do I need to have my artwork ready when I order? It is preferred that your artwork is ready at the time that you order. However, you may your artwork after you have ordered as well. Items that we already have a fixture for (for our printing equipment) will take the standard time to produce, or less (10 business days). If we do not have a fixture for your ordered part, we will let you know. It may take an additional 1-2 weeks to build a custom fixture for our printing press. Is it possible to rush my order? Yes, we do however charge a rush fee which will depend on the size of your order. Orders below $333 have a $50 rush fee, orders above $333 are charged 15% extra. What if I need to make changes after I order? If you need to make any changes, please contact our art dept. as soon as possible. No changes can be made to an order once the proof has been approved and the production process has begun. What are the standard ink colors? White, black, blue, red, green, yellow are our standard ink colors.
