1 Electric Forklift Trucks 600 and 750 E6P E8P Introduction: These high performance forklift trucks are characterized by the following features: Versatility of use due to compact design and minimal operating space requirements. High stability, both when stationary and cornering, due to long wheelbase, low centre of gravity and wide tyres..economy of operation, resulting from minimised maintenance costs, e.g. lowwear brakes. Economically designed operator's compartment. Driver's position: A low step provides easy, comfortable access to the ergonomically designed compartment. Direction of travel is effected with the double pedal drive control system. All basic mast functions (lift, lower, tilt) are carried out with the central control lever. The adjustable steering column and operator's seat ensure a comfortable working position. Chassis: A fully enclosed chassis frame houses the drive motors.the hydraulic and drive components are protected against dirt and water. Due to their compact design, these trucks are exceptionally robust. Motor: Front-wheel drive through two drive motors incorporated in a compact axle, made by and offering outstanding acceleration, climbing ability and tractive power. Smooth, precise reversing is assured by the double pedal drive control system. The powerful cooling fan for the drive motors is controlled by a thermostat which continues to function even when the motors are not running. Transmission: Two heavy-duty reduction gear systems link the electric motors to the wheels, eliminating the need for a differential and resulting in less wear and greater efficiency. Electronic control: Precise positioning and infinitely variable speed control are provided by the electronic impulse control system, in conjunction with double pedal drive control system. Installed inside the counterweight, the electronics are fully protected, yet easily accessible. Steering: Light operation and precise control, the hydrostatic steering system requires a low steering effort of only 20 N, thus allowing a small-diameter steering wheel. It also reduces the demands on the steering system pump, thereby saving energy. Masts: Clear-view lifting masts in standard, duplex or triplex configuration. Masts are constructed of double-t profiles, interleaved to provide a high section modulus. Lifting cylinders are accoodated in the outer recesses of the mast profiles to provide maximum visibility for the operator. Powerful lifting system ensures high lifting speeds. The mast assembly is flangemounted direct to the reduction gearbox on the drive axle. Duplex and triplex masts are equipped with a free-lift cylinder. Brakes: In normal operation, the truck is electrically braked by selection of opposite direction of travel through reverse current. In addition, application of the brake pedal actuates the mechanical braking system. Brake linings are easy to inspect and economical to replace. (Г и

Operator's module mounted on chassis frame via special rubber suspension elements with integrated shock absorbers. The drivers module including an integrated overhead guard provides the basic structure for fitting screens, screenwipers, doors, up to the completion of a fully enclosed cab. Rugged chassis Designed for maximum strength with the aid of the computer-aided Finite Element Method FEM. Chassis structure welded from highgrade sheet steel, enclosed all round for maximum rigidity, to reduce noise emission and protect internally mounted sub-assemblies from damage. Engines Water-cooled Diesel- or LPG-engines, output characteristics optimized to fork truck application requirements. High torque rating at low engine rpm not only reduces fuel consumption and noise levels but also prolongs service life. Smoke emissions from the Diesel engine below 2.5 Bosch under all operating conditions. Transmission - drive line Hydrostatic transmission, manufactured by in-house to highest quality standards, provides infinitely variable control of travelling speed and acceleration forward and reverse; it also provides transmission braking, infinitely variable as well, the rate of deceleration depending upon drive pedal movement. Power transmission is effected by high-pressure oil flow developed by a main hydrostatic pump which feeds two independent hydrostatic motors, thus providing twin-motor front wheel drive without mechanical differential. The transmission incorporates two multiple-disc, oil iersed brakes needed only for parking. Automatic engine speed control Integral part of the hydrostatic transmission, this -exclusive device permanently maintains engine rpm at the lowest level compatible with momentary power requirements, thus saving fuel and reducing exhaust emissions. Power steering Hydrostatic system providing light operation, precise control and low steering effort, in combination with an ergonomically shaped steering wheel of only 300 diameter. Free-view lift masts According to individual application parameters, Standard-, Duplex and Triplex masts are available; Duplex and Triplex masts provide full free lift; the lift chains are equipped with plastic cams that protect the lift jack piston rods and guide hydraulic hoses when hydraulic attachments are fitted. Excellent forward visibility due to closely nested mast channels. Zero-maintenance, wear-free braking All routine braking, infinitely variable and not involving any mechanical wear, is performed by the hydrostatic transmission; oiliersed zero-wear multiple-disc parking brake, actuated by central STOP pedal and also automatically engaged when the engine is switched off, thus gaining the characteristics of a fail-to-safe brake.
