This exclusion is required for properties which fall within the following zip codes and are located on the eastern side of I , 03870, 03802, 03842, 03844, 03874, When the perils of Windstorm or Hail are excluded from coverage under Section I of the policy, develop the Base Premium as follows: a. Select the appropriate Territory 3 Extended Coverage Dwelling Base Rates from the Premium Groups found under the Base Rates and Premium Groups section of the manual. b. Deduct the following factor, 0.75 from the premium determined in Step A. CLASSIFICATION DEFINITIONS 1. Protected - Dwellings located within 1000 feet from a fire hydrant and within 5 miles from a responding fire department. (PC 1-4, PC 5-8) 2. Semi-protected - Dwellings located within 5 miles or less from a responding fire department but beyond 1000 feet from a fire hydrant. (PC 9) 3. Pollution Exclusion If the event optional liability coverage is selected and the insured has an outdoor fuel oil storage tank or furnace, the policy will be amended to include a $2500 sublimit for pollution losses. A $10.00 premium credit will be deducted from the above premiums. 4

5 CREDITS AND SURCHARGES A. Supplemental Heating Surcharge A surcharge of $30.00 will apply to any home equipped with a wood, coal stove or heater, or any other supple mental heating system. B. Loss Surcharge A 25% loss surcharge is applicable if there have been any claims reported or paid during the last three years. The surcharge will apply to the Base Fire and Extended Coverage Dwelling Premium. C. Protective Devices Credit A 3% credit may me recognized if the dwelling has approved and properly maintained installations of burglar alarms, fire alarms and automatic sprinklers. This credit will apply to the Base Fire Premium. D. Log Homes Multiply Base Fire Premium by
