2 About Excelsior Our History Excelsior Roto Moulding Ltd is a family run business based in Bury, Lancashire. Established in 1896 and incorporated in 1902, we have a proud heritage in manufacturing and innovation that dates back to the Industrial Revolution, and switched from textiles to plastic in the mid 1970s. Stock & Delivery Many of our products are held in stock on our 2000 square metre mezzanine floor. Those lines not held in stock are made to order and will usually be dispatched within 5-10 working days, on a 2-3 day delivery service as standard. This fantastic facility enables our customers to see at first hand the process of bringing their ideas to life through each stage of the production process. If it s a cost effective and efficient open flame roto moulding machine you need, then look no further. Our sister company Crossfield Excalibur have a fantastic team of skilled design engineers and specialist fabricators who can design a wide range of standard and bespoke machines. All machines come complete with a full PLC control panel, with a manual override facility and can be run on either natural gas or LPG (propane, butane etc.) The Merlin range of moulding machinery is manufactured in accordance with the CE mark directives. In addition to their range of machines, Crossfield are well renowned manufacturers of Sheet Steel Tooling which offers an affordable way of getting a new product to market quickly and cost effectively.
