Technical Proposal Capacity After studying and analizing all the clients requirements and needs we prepare a technical proposal which advises the best lighting whole solution for the wind turbine indoor lighting. We prepare a lighting simulation which let us know the number of lighting fixtures to be installed and recommends the places where to installed, integrating the lighting system/luminaires in the customer windturbine design. Worldwide Capacity Our production capacity is so far located in Europe, Spain; Asia, India and South America, Brazil. We are able to deliver our product through the client supply chain. 8 The LV is a family of LED lighting devices with built-in emergency kit specially designed to meet the wind turbine industry specifications. Its compact design made in aluminum and PC makes the LV Family smaller and lighter than traditional solutions, and the flexible fixation system makes the LV Family compatible with most of the luminaires that are already installed in wind turbines. LV Family incorporates cutting edge LEDs with more than h of working life and the possibility of a built-in emergency kit electronically controlled for optimal management. Whether your application is a wind turbine or any other application where emergency light is required along with a wide operation temperature range, the LV Family offers improved performance across the board. LV FAMILY MAIN FEATURES ENHANCED PERFORMANCE / Excellent performance even at - 30ºC were other traditional solutions fail. BATTERIES / Unlike existing emergency kits the LV Family batteries guarantee excellent functionality at low temperatures. HIGH VIBRATION ENVIRONMENT / Designed to resist high vibration environments. Vibration fatigue tests, according to the IEC Class B Category 1. It can be installed either in hub, nacelle or tower. LOW MAINTENANCE / The LED technology used on the LV Family has a typical lifetime of hours. The LV luminaire can outlive the wind turbine. GREEN PRODUCT / Consuming up to a 30% less than existing solutions, having no need for bulb changing and containing no hazardous materials, the LV Family are environmentally friendly. 17 / Mounting Clips The mounting clips are designed for a safe and easy installation of the luminaire. It is necessary that the clips are aligned prior to mounting the luminaire. For a correct and easy installation, first insert only one side of the luminaire as shown on the figure below (1). Then proceed to insert the other side of the luminaire by rotating the luminaire around the first inserted side and making pressure against the holding clip (2). A snap fit sound should be heard upon a correct installation (3). For a correct and easy disassembly, the process should be carried out in the opposite order described above. 20 The LVK luminaire has been specially developed for intensive focalised lighting of the tower ladder. Main features AC/DC PERFORMANCE The LVK has universal AC input ( Vac) / Full Range, and it is also available a 24 Vdc model. ENHANCED LUMINOSITY The LVK is capable of providing 10 lux on a distance along 10 meters.
