43 Rates / Delivery / Damage Prices quoted are for a one-day charge. Long term rental rates must be arranged in advance. Rates are based on time out whether used or not. To avoid any additional charges, rental cancellations need to be done 72 hours in advance. $ minimum rental needed for delivery. Delivery and pick-up are available at a nominal fee. Delivery charges are doorstep to doorstep. All china, glassware, utensils, etc. have been sterilized and are table ready If you discover a chipped or broken item upon delivery, please notify us at once so that you won t be charged for the item. Returned items should be rinsed clean and replaced in the same containers as delivered. Linens should be dry and free of refuse to prevent staining and mildew. Tables and chairs should be stacked in the same manner and place in which they were delivered. All items should be assembled in a single location as specified above. Items not meeting these conditions are subject to additional fees. Set up and tear down service is available at a reasonable cost if arranged in advance. Our normal business hours are 8AM to 5PM Monday thru Friday and 8AM to 12PM Saturday. Additional charges will be assessed for work performed beyond these hours. Please consult a sales consultant for a quote should these services be needed. Responsibility for equipment remains with the lessee from the time of delivery to the time of return. All rental items should be protected and secured from weather. Exposure of equipment to the elements will incur additional charges. Please read the reverse side of your contract to fully understand our policies. A damage waiver fee of 12% is an option available to renters. This fee relieves the renter of the liability for accidental damage to rented items. Excluded from this waiver are any losses or damages due to theft, burglary, mysterious disappearance, mildewed linens, intentional damage, misuse, abuse or failure to care for rental items as one would their own property. Examples of damage waiver coverage: accidental damage such as chips, cracks, broken china, crystal and barware; stains, burns and tears in linen; physical damage to tables or chairs. All damaged/broken items must be returned. Missing items are not covered by damage waiver. Damage waiver fee is non-refundable.
