3 1. INTRODUCTION This operation manual is the specifications for our XTR series. The XTR series is the product of years of design, development, and in-field testing. This XTR series has been designed with reliability, under rigid quality control and with outstanding performance. This MANUAL included with basic technical information about composition of hardware and programmatic functions. Installation Be cautious of below situations, when placing the product on the road. 7 Synchronous method 3 Axle, 6 Plate 5. USE OF BATTERY CHARGER Connect adapter into charge connector (Check if the voltage is 5V 1A). If a battery port is connected with a adaptor properly, RED lamp is on. If it s charged completely, a green lamp is on. (The estimated time for charging is 6~7 hr., but charging time can be subject to be varied according to the battery condition.) - 7 -

DISPLAY & KEYS Display Zero lamp: Indicates that scale is stable and at zero Stable lamp : Indicates that weight is Stable Battery lamp : Displays when a battery has to be recharged Keypad Reset scale to zero Increase number in set mode & initialize in weigh in motion. Turn on the back light Turn on and off the scale - 8 -

9 7. TEST MODE How to use Pressing a ZERO KEY and press ON/OFF KEY at the same time. Then, it turns into a test mode. Used keys : Use to test the scale : Move next menu TEST 1 : Key test Initial display is 0. Press a keyboard that you want to test, and then the display message will be shown. (ZERO KEY:1 / SUM KEY : 2 / LIGHT KEY : 3) If press a LIGHT KEY, it moves into TEST 2. TEST 2 : Display test TEST 2 operates automatically and the whole display is ON. If press the LIGHT Key, it moves into TEST 3. TEST 3 : Load cell test The value is the conversion constant for A/D. The value may be different according to scale models. If a LIGHT KEY, it moves into TEST 4. Please check if the displayed number is easily changed with giving force to a hook. If the displaying number is not changed or remains 0, then it needs the service after sales. TEST 4 : Serial communication test Wait for transmission and reception. ZERO KEY : transmit 1, return receive 1. SUM KEY : transmit 2, return receive 2. LIGHT KEY : transmit 3, moves into TEST 5. TEST 5 : Back light test ZERO KEY : Turn on and off the back light. If press the LIGHT KEY, it moves into the weighing mode

10 8. SET MODE How to use Pressing a SUM KEY and press ON/OFF KEY at the same time. Then, it turns into a set mode. Used keys : Initialize : Increase in number : Save and next menu Adjustment the speed of weight change (1 9) ex) F01-1:Very fast F01-9:Very slow Automatic Zero Condition (0~9) ex) F02-3 : Compensation for gradual change below 1.5 division. F02-9 : Compensation for gradual change below 4.5 division.
