4 Power distribuion Safe and economical We develop and produce transformers in accordance with internaional standards. We belong to the leading manufacturers in the ield of liquid-cooled distribuion transformers. The low-radiaion transformers, which fully comply with the NISV (Ordinance on Non-Ionising Radiaion) are a major part of our producion. Our services also include oil analyses, overhauls, repairs, installaions, retroiing and disposal. Liquid-cooled transformers are also produced for ripple control applicaions and as single-phase auxiliary supply transformers for railway companies. The free-breathing transformer ofers the operaing company simple maintenance with the smallest possible dimensions and weights. Cast-resin transformers Our ailiate Tesar from the R&S Group produces premium-quality cast-resin transformers. They comply with internaionally applicable standards and are used wherever liquid-cooled transformers are undesirable or where environmental or ire prevenion regulaions exist. Air-cooled transformers & special-purpose transformers Rauscher & Stoecklin air-cooled transformers are used wherever low voltage needs to be transformed into low voltage. Rauscher & Stoecklin produces special-purpose transformers such as audio-frequency transformers and reciier transformers. Our porfolio of plug-in connectors encompasses plugs, sockets and juncion boxes, and can be used up to rated voltages of 1 000V and rated currents of 400A. To ensure maximum safety of personnel and equipment, all plug-in devices are tested in accordance with IEC and have safety characterisics that surpass convenional industrial standards by far. Our high-current plug-in connectors are IP67 / IK10 classiied to guarantee a reliable power supply even under the most adverse environmental condiions. The connecion of consumers (buildings for residenial, commercial and industrial use) can be achieved in many ways, mainly depending on the local arrangement of the connecion. Rauscher & Stoecklin provides customised and opimized soluions for all imaginable variaions, which result in increased lexibility for the energy provider and building owner. The lush-mounted type ENC building juncion box is an elegant, compact and cost-efecive variant. The atracively-shaped cover and frame its lush with the masonry, concrete or outer insulaion facades. The free-standing building connecion column of type KVS (see picture below) ofers opimal independence regarding the connecion by the supplier and the building itself.
