11 Battery Monitoring Systems ( B M S ) NEW Manufactured in Technical Collaboration from France. BMS is to monitor individual cells up to 15V and control the charge/discharge operations on battery systems.. Available in stand alone /networked system. Available in Telecom and Industrial BMS models. Fully programmable scan intervals/prioritized pre-alarm conditions. Logging of cell voltages/ battery parameters (voltage, current and temperatures ) and alarm conditions with date and time stamps with real time access through RS232 port. Graphically displays the computed average voltage of the battery and compares individual cell voltages with the average. Easy of installation and expandability

12 DC Earth Leakage Monitors - Isolated Earth Leakage Detection, Protection of Individual Feeder. Operates on Differential Magnetising current induced in a CT. Reliable and rugged as any short circuit at load end will not effect the total system. Voltage : 24V/48V/110V/220V DC Current :, Upto A Sensitivity : 20 ma ( +/- 3 ma) Annunciation : Local LED, Extendable relay contacts. Test button on the front panel to check the correct functioning of the device during operation.

13 Integrated Power Supply System ( IPS) With a back up from a Single Battery, IPS ensures power availability of all voltages in AC or DC, for all the S&T Loads in yard obviating the need for independent UPS for each yard element. IPS System Comprises of Switch Mode rectifiers (110 V DC), Inverters, DC-DC Converters, Transformers, AVRs, Modular configuration with n+1 redundancy. Compact Installation easy monitoring of all loads from once location. High efficient, High Power and Low THD. Approved by RDSO India.

15 MPPT Solar Charge Controller NEW MPPT Solar charger is to charge batteries from solar energy obtaining maximum power from the solar panels. Available ratings: 12V to 48V : 75W to 10KW Technology used: DC to DC conversion by means of a series pass regulator using OSFET/IGBT. Efficiency: >95% Output ripple : <2% RMS(Without Battery Connected). Voltage regulation: ±2% of set value for input voltage variations, 10-00% load variation. 16 DC Motor Starter Panels HBL is supplying DC Motor starter panels which can supply the power requirements of DC motors (series wound), particularly during power on. Power requirement: 0.3kW to 15KW Rated voltage: 220V DC Rated current : 2.3A Voltage tolerance: +10% or +20% Voltage during starting: 70% of rated voltage Starting current: 4times of rated current + 20% without starting resistor. Number of successive starts per hour: 2 or 3 Standards: IEC 34, IEC 72

17 Effective Business Control HBL has in house manufacturing facility to make -Panels to suit various customer requirements -Magnetics ( Low frequency, High Frequency) -Semi automated PCB assemby and testing facility. -PCB types include Through hole and SMT PCBs upto 12 layers. The above contributes to approximately 65 % of total cost of the Battery chargers. Note: Rittal Panels can be supplied as an option.
