12 EASCG work to date Drafting of WG Terms of Reference (to reflect EASA Rulemaking Procedures) and submit to EASA for approval, early May Identify European rules to be amended. This will include EASA (Parts 21, 145, M and CS- 25) and JAA (JAR OPS 1) Ensure this fits with the EASA work-plan (2005/2007) Gain an understanding of FAA current thinking Slide 12

14 EASCG future work Slide 14 Establish lines of communication with FAA and TCCA (EASA rulemaking procedures permitting!) to assist harmonisation Solicit participation from European Industry (EASA rulemaking procedures permitting!) to better facilitate implementation Gain formal recognition from ATSRAC as the EASA Ageing Systems harmonisation focal point. Update ATSRAC, at appropriate periods, on EASCG progress. Draft identified NPAs and Advisory Material Endeavour to achieve planned harmonised rulemaking timeframes.
