The exclusive remedy for defective materials or workmanship is limited to replacement of defective products returned to the Seller within two(2) months after the invoice and shipping date with the authorization from the Seller. No warranty of merchantability is expressed or implied. There are no warranties which extend beyond the description on the face hereof. The Seller is NOT liable for consequence of other damages, or for any expenses incurred through the use of its products. The Seller shall NOT be liable for failure of damage due to misapplication, abuse, improper installation, tempered with, altered, modified, repaired, reworked by anyone NOT endorsed by the Seller, Inc., or abnormal conditions of use, temperature, or inconsistent with the terms of the Cautionary Statement.
