We place the customer first. Our mission is to be an ethical and responsive moral contributor to commercial & industrial business growth, and the continued contributor to overall economic growth in South Africa. Skeerpoort upholds the philosophy and principle of BEE and regards this as an opportunity and not a condition for success. Skeerpoort Verspreiders was founded in 2003 by husband and wife team Tokkie and Marina Botes. Petroleum wholesale distribution was initially started with one bulk delivery truck to deliver petroleum products to commercial and industrial customers within the Magalies Valley. Under the guidance and stewardship of Tokkie and Marina, Skeerpoort Verspreiders grew exponentially and distributed petroleum products into the larger Limpopo / Gauteng / North West & Northern Cape Provinces. Skeerpoort, currently, is an established non-refining petroleum wholesaler and distributor, licensed under the Petroleum Products Act as administered by the Department of Energy under Wholesale License Number W/ Skeerpoort Verspreiders is an empowered company with controlling shareholding residing in the custody of a consortium of business investors and BEE partners. Tokkie and Marina remain managing partners within the business to ensure business continuity / expedited prompt service / on-time deliveries and customer responsiveness. 4

Skeerpoort Verspreiders, guided by the conditions of the Petroleum Products Act and Environmental Act of RSA, is a progressive and productive corporate company that continually improve the storage and bulk delivery of all refined fuels and adhere to all Health Safety, Environmental and Quality conditions as promulgated by Petroleum Products Act/Environmental & Water Act and OHSACT. * BUSINESS SECTORS Skeerpoort Verspreiders has developed a substantial customer base across varied sectors and industries. 14 SERVICES AVIATION DISTRIBUTION SERVICES PARYS AIRFIELD On 1 March 2016 we announced that we assumed control of the management of fuel at Parys Airfield. In addition to supplying and managing fuel at Parys. For the official launch and to celebrate the change in management, Skeerpoort Verspreiders organised a small fly-in to the airfield for friends and family in collaboration with SkyClass. SkyClass flew the guests to Parys in their DC-3 Dakota. The fuel for the DC-3 was sponsored by both SV Aviation and Shell Aviation who is the official supplier of Skeerpoort Verspreiders. We supply both Avgas and Jet A-1 at the airfield. Pilots can now fly to Parys and refuel 24/7 with the peace of mind that both Avgas and Jet A-1 will always be available. 13
