3 prior to the Petition Date may be commenced or prosecuted against the foregoing Debtors, and no related judgment may be entered or enforced against the foregoing Debtors outside of the Bankruptcy Court without the Bankruptcy Court first issuing an order lifting or modifying the automatic stay. Accordingly, all currently pending lawsuits, including the above captioned action, are stayed, and all actions taken in violation of said automatic stay are null and void as against the foregoing Debtors.
