1 ORDINANCE NUMBER Fiftieth 2007 General Fund Budget Supplemental Appropriation For 2007 Wages & Fringes BE IT ENACTED by the County Council of the County of Erie pursuant to Article II, Section 3B (1) and Article VIII Section 8 of the Erie County Home Rule Charter and certified by the County Executive that this 2007 General Fund Budget supplemental appropriation in the amount of $258,327 for 2007 wages and fringes is hereby approved as outlined on the attached Exhibit A.
