Under no circumstances shall T&S be liable for loss of use or any special consequential costs, expenses or damages. 8 General Instructions Installation: Stanchion Unit. Shut off water supply and drain lines. Prepare (2) two ½ IPS (Iron Pipe Size) nipples extending [cm] above the floor, roughed into concrete. Apply Teflon Tape or pipe joint compound to threads. 2 [cm] [cm] floor nipple 4. Screw no. into each no. with running threads up.. Remove no.0 from top of no... Slide no. cover over assembly and put no. (or no.7 or no.8) in place to make certain no. is centered thru holes in no.. 2. Screw no. onto floor nipples. Be sure to install with arrows pointing up. Apply Teflon Tape or pipe joint compound to threaded ends. 0 flange cap flange cap 4 7. Mark floor for no. drilling locations while no., no.2 and no. is on. 8. Remove no., no.2 and no. and drill () three 7/8"[2 cm] Ø holes into floor, 2-/2"[ cm] deep. Insert no... Replace no. and no.2 without no.. Screw (2) two no.0 s down on each no.. Adjust each pair of no.0 s so they are flush with the top of no.2 and jammed together Place no. over no.2. Attach flange caps to no. and tighten.. Unscrew flange caps from bottom end of no.. Apply Teflon Tape or pipe joint compound to threads of no.. Item no.4 to be attached to floor only after final test for leaks has been completed.

9 General Instructions Installation: Hook and Bolt Assembly Insert no.2 through bottom hole of no., screw on no.28 at top of no., place no.27 onto no.28. No.2 goes onto no.27, then screw no.2 onto no.2 and tighten. Position no.27 as desired. Tighten no.0 as needed. Note: Hook and bolt installation will be similar on other units. Installation: Kettle Kaddy Assembly Note: Use item numbers from B-082 exploded view. Other models are similar.. Remove (no.) yoke from no. valves by unscrewing each coupling nut from the yoke.. Remove spindle assembly from the second no., screw valve onto other no.. spindle assembly 4. Replace spindle assembly onto no. body.. Replace no. on both no. couplings and tighten with a wrench.. Attach no.7 to no.. 7. Attach no.2 to no coupling nut 8. Turn on water and check for leaks. 2. Apply Teflon Tape or pipe joint compound to threads of no.. Place no. onto no. as far as it will go.

Perfore (2) dos tubos de /2 IPS (Tamaño De Tubo Hierro) extendiendo cm sobre el piso, aproximadamente en el concreto. Aplique cinta de Teflon ó compuesto de coyuntura a las roscas. [cm] [cm] tubo del piso 4. Atornille las partes No. a dentro de cada parte No. con las roscas largas hacia arriba.. Remuéva la parte No.0 sobre la parte No... Deslice el cubre parte No. sobre el ensamble y ponga la parte No. (ó No.7 ó No.8) en sitio para asegurar que la parte No. este centrada a través de los huecos en la parte No.. 2. Atornille la parte No. en los tubos del piso. Este seguro de instalar con las flechas señalando hacia arriba. Aplique cinta de Teflon ó compuesto de coyuntura a las extremidades enroscadas. tapas del reborde 0 tapas del reborde 4 7. Indique el piso para la localización de los huecos de la parte No. mientras que esten encima las partes No., No.2 y No.. 8. Remuéva las parte No., No.2 y No. y perfore () tres huecos de 2 cm Ø en el piso, cm de profundo. Insarte las partes No... Coloque de nuevo las partes No. y No.2 sin la parte No.. Atornille (2) dos parte No.0 en cada parte No.. Ajuste cada par de partes No.0 a medida que esten rás con la parte de arriba de la parte No.2 y atranque ambas Coloque la parte No. sobre la parte No.2. Junte las tapas de reborde a la parte No. y aprete.. Destornille las tapas del reborde del extremo inferior de la parte No.. Aplique cinta de Teflon ó compuesto de coyuntura a las roscas de la parte No.. El artículo No.4 será pegado al piso solamente después de que se haya completado la inspeccion final para filtraciones.

11 Instruccione Generales Instalación: Gancho y Ensamble De Tornillo Insarte la parte No.2 a través del hueco inferior de la parte No., atornille la parte No.28 sobre la parte No., coloque la parte No.27 en la parte No.28. La parte No.2 va en la parte No.27, luego atornille la parte No.2 en la parte No.2 y aprete. Posicione la parte No.27 a su deseo. Aprete la parte No.0 como sea necesitado. Nota: La instalación de el gancho y el tornillo será semejantes en otras unidades. Instalación: Ensamble Del Kettle Kaddy Nota: Use los numeros de los articulos del dibujo ampliado B-082. Otros modelos son semejantes.. Remuéva (No.) yugo de las valvulas parte No. destornillando cada tuerca de enganche de el yugo.. Remuéva el ensamble de eje del segundo No., atornille la válvula en la otra parte No.. ensamble de eje 4. Coloque de nuevo el ensamble de eje en el cuerpo de la parte No... Coloque de nuevo la parte No. en ambos tuercas de enganche parte No. y aprete con una llave.. Junte la parte No.7 a la parte No.. 7. Junte la arte No.2 a la parte No.. 8. Abra el agua e inspeccione por filtraciones. 7 2 Tuerca de enganche 2. Aplique cinta de Teflon ó compuesto de coyuntura a las roscas de la parte No.. Coloque la parte No. dentro de la parte No. hasta su máximo trayecto.

Préparer(2) deux /2 IPS (en Angalais Iron Pipe Size en Français la taille des tuyaux en fer) raccords à l hauteur de cm au-dessus du plancher, déjà en béton. Appliquer le ruban en Téflon ou le composé pour les tuyaux aux filets. [cm] [cm] le raccord du plancher 4. Visser Nº. dans chaque Nº. avec le filets courants vers le haut.. Enlever Nº.0 du haut de Nº... Faire glisser la couverture sur l assemblage et mettre Nº. (ou Nº.7 ou Nº.8) à sa place pour vérifier que Nº. être au centre à travers les trous dans Nº.. 2. Visser Nº. sur les raccords du plancher; Soyez certain que les flèches indiquer le haut. Appliquer le ruban en Téflon ou le composé pour les tuyaux aux extrémités avec les filets. la capsule de la bride 0 la capsule de la bride 7. Marquer le plancher pour l emplacement pour percer pendant Nº., Nº.2 et Nº. être à ses places. 8. Enlever Nº., Nº.2 et Nº. et percer () trois trous avec un diamètre 2cm dans le plancher et cm profonde. Insérer Nº... Remplacer Nº. et Nº.2 sans Nº.. Visser (2) deux Nº.0 s sur chaque Nº.. Régler chaque paire de Nº0 s jusqu elles sont au même niveau que le haut de Nº.2 et elles enfoncer ensemble Mettre Nº. sur Nº.2. Attacher les capsules de la bride rt resserrer.. Dévisser les capsules de la bride de l extrémité du fond de Nº.. Appliquer le ruban en Téflon ou le composé aux filets de Nº.. On pouvoir attacher Nº.4 au plancher après on a terminé les essais pour les fuites.

13 2 0 Instructions Générales L Installation : L Assemblage de L Agrafe et Le Boulon Insérer Nº.2 à travers le trou au fond de Nº.., visser Nº.28 au haut de Nº., mettre Nº.27 sur Nº.28. Nº.2 aller sur Nº.27, puis visser Nº.2 sur Nº.2 et resserrer. Mettre Nº.27 comme désiré. Resserrer Nº.0 comme nécessaire. Noter: L installation de l agrafe et le boulon être semblable des autres éléments. L Installation: L Assemblage Kettle Kaddy Noter: Utiliser les numéros de B-082 la vue agrandie. Les autres modèles être semblables.. Enlever le (Nº.) joug des soupapes Nº. en dévissant chaque écrou attelage du joug. écrou attelage. Enlever l assemblage de la brochedu deuxième Nº., visser la soupape sur l autre Nº.. l assemblage de la broche 4. Remplacer l assemblage de la broche sur Nº... Remplacer Nº. sur les attelages (tous les deux) de Nº. et resserrer avec une clef anglaise.. Attacher Nº.7 à Nº.. 7. Attacher Nº.2 à Nº.. 8. Recommencer l eau et vérifier s il y a des fuites Appliquer le ruban en Téflon ou le composé pour les tuyaux aux filets de Nº.. Mettre Nº. dans Nº. aussi loins que possible.

14 Allgemeine Anleitungen Installation: Halterung. Wasserzulauf absperren und Leitungen entleeren. Zwei,2 cm große IPS-Nippel, die cm über den Boden ragen, in Beton vorbereiten. Teflonband oder oder Rohrdichtungsmasse auf das Gewinde auftragen. [cm] 4. Nr. in jede Nr. mit dem Gewinde nach oben einschrauben.. Nr. 0 von Nr. oben entfernen.. Die Abdeckung von Nr. über die Garnitur schieben und Nr. (oder Nr. 7 oder Nr. 8) an die richtige Stelle bringen, um sicherzustellen, daß Nr. durch die Löcher in Nr. zentriert sitzt. Nippel [cm] vom Boden 2. Nr. in den Bodenippel einschrauben. Sicherstellen, daß die Pfeile nach oben zeigen. Teflonband oder Rohrdichtungsmasse auf das Gewinde auftragen. Flanschkappe Flanschkappe Auf dem Fußboden markieren, wo die Löcher gebohrt werden sollen, während Nr., Nr. 2 und Nr. sich an ihrem Platz befinden. 8. Nr., Nr. 2 und Nr. entfernen und drei 2 cm große Löcher, die cm tief sind, in den Boden bohren. Nr. einfügen.. Nr. und Nr. 2 ohne Nr. wieder einsetzen. Zwei Nr. 0 auf jede Nr. aufschrauben. Jedes Paar Nr. 0 so justieren, daß sie glatt an der Oberfläche von Nr. 2 anliegen und zusammengeklemmt sind. 0. Flanschkappen vom unteren Ende von Nr. abschrauben. Teflonband oder Rohrdichtungsmasse auf das Gewinde von Nr. auftragen. 0. Nr. über Nr. 2 legen. Die Flanschkappen auf Nr. befestigen und festziehen. Nr. 4 wird erst auf dem Boden befestigt, nachdem der abschließende Dichtigkeitstest durchgeführt worden ist.

15 2 0 Allgemeine Anleitungen Installation: Haken- und Bolzengarnitur Teflonband oder Rohrdichtungsmasse auf das Gewinde von Nr. auftragen. Nr. so weit wie möglich auf Nr. aufsetzen. 0.Nr. 2 durch das unterste Loch von Nr. hindurchführen, Nr. 28 oben auf Nr. aufschrauben, Nr. 27 auf Nr. 28 fügen. Nr. 2 gehört auf Nr. 27, dann Nr. 2 auf Nr. 2 aufschrauben und festziehen. Nr. 27 an die gewünschte Stelle positionieren. Nr. 0 je nach Bedarf festziehen. Anmerkung: Die Haken- und Bolzengarnitur ist bei anderen Einheiten ähnlich. Installation: Wasserkesselkasten Anmerkung: Die Zahlen von der Darstellung in auseinandergezogener Anordnung von B-082 benutzen. Andere Modelle sind ähnlich.. Spindelgarnitur von der zweiten Nr. entfernen, Ventil auf die andere Nr. aufschrauben. Spindelgarnitur 4. Spindelgarnitur wieder auf den Rumpf von Nr. aufsetzen.. Nr. auf beiden Kupplungen Nr. aufsetzen und mit Schraubenschlüssel festziehen.. Nr. 7 mit Nr. verbinden. 7. Nr. 2 mit Nr. verbinden.. Joch (Nr. ) von den Ventilen Nr. durch Lösen jeder Kupplungsmutter von dem Joch entfernen. Kupplungsmutter 8. Wasser andrehen und auf Dichtigkeit prüfen. 7 2

21 To replace worn parts: General Instructions. Shut off water supply and drain lines. For ease of disassembly and reassembly, the handle grip can be removed from no.. 2. Unscrew no. and no. to remove no.4. Unscrew and remove no. from no... Hold no.20 with pliers in one hand, and with screwdriver, carefully unscrew no. from no For EB-007/UK-007 & B-007 ONLY: To replace no., unscrew no. and disassemble. Make sure the groove side of no. fits over no.8, and no.0 rest on ridge side. See Figure A.. To replace no.2, unscrew handle grip from no. and replace with new no Reassemble; turn on water check for leaks. Figure A handle grip 4. Apply no.2 over smooth portion of no.. Replace no.4, no., no.7, no.8 & no. with new parts. Dab no.2 onto valve side of no. before replacing apply no.2 here. For EB-007-C, EB-007-J, B-007-C & B-007-J ONLY: To replace no.2, slide no.2 off no.2, and slide a new no.2 back onto no.2. No.2 will snap into groove on no.2. See Figure B. * Verify the flow rate on no.2 matches spray tip inside no.2. Figure B. Reassemble no. by inserting no. through all parts. Hold no.20 with pliers, and carefully screw no. into no.20 until screw feels tight. Do not use excessive force.. Reinsert no. in no. and tighten securely. 7. Reassemble no.4, no. and no. on no.. 2 Caution: Turn off water supply at base faucet when not in use.
