The particularly low load platform height and large tailboard make loading and unloading easier. A Euro pallet can be loaded crosswise on the load area the broadest in its category. In combination with the optional robust heavy duty leaf springs, a payload of up to 1,134 kg* is possible. And in case of rain, you can safely store your power drill or chainsaw in the double cab because the cinema-style rear seating can be divided 1 ³ to ² ³ and folded in part or entirely. No matter what you transport with your Amarok bales of straw, seed potatoes or silage it can handle any load effortlessly thanks to its high payload and enormous pulling power. 10 The pickup with certain extras: compared to the basic model, the Amarok Trendline offers an even more dynamic exterior design and enhanced interior equipment functionality. It is equipped with top-quality 16 inch Korama alloy wheels as standard. Additionally, the door handles, door mirror housings and the front bumper with chrome applications on the upper radiator grille are painted in the colour of the vehicle. Two fog lights are integrated in the bumper as standard. Inside the passenger compartment, the seats are upholstered with the cloth Trail available in Anthracite or Buffalo. Black design elements, many with a high-shine finish, and the exclusive Copper Orange metallic paint finish as well as the individual design of the interior with Vienna partial leather seats further underline this requirement. The special edition already comes with selectable or permanent 4MOTION all-wheel drive as well as four 8 J x 17 Roca alloy wheels with 245/70 R 17 all-terrain tyres as standard. Thanks to a loading width of 1,222 mm between the wheelhouses, the Amarok can even transport Euro pallets crosswise unthinkable for most pickups. The low loading sill height of 780 mm makes loading and unloading more comfortable while the tailboard height of 508 mm allows the transportation of plenty of bulk cargo. All this ensures that the entire 2.52 m² load area is used in an optimal manner. If needed, the sturdy tailboard with a load-bearing capacity of up to 200 kg can be used as a practical extension of the load area.
