4 EXTERIOR DESIGN Commanding front styling announces the face of Acura the bold Diamond Pentagon grille. Strong lines are accentuated by front all-led lighting, which provides a sleek and sophisticated design detail as well as helping to increase safety. Along with an exposed dual-exhaust and available attention-grabbing 20" alloy wheels, the striking exterior of the MDX announces Precision Crafted Performance. JEWEL EYE LED HEADLIGHTS Whether you re on the racetrack or on a road trip, how far ahead you can see affects everything. Jewel Eye LED headlights are standard on every Acura and help to provide impressive down-road visibility with an intense, wide beam of light designed to mimic natural sunlight the light our eyes are designed to see in. 5 INTERIOR DESIGN MDX with Elite Package shown with Parchment Milano Leather with seat piping. The cabin of the MDX is shaped by intelligent design, refined style, and human-centred technology. Drivers and passengers will be welcomed on board by soft leather-trimmed seating, available chic contrast stitching and seat piping, natural handcrafted wood accents, along with ample legroom, and advanced noise reduction. The result is a spacious, elegant and comfortable environment for a pleasant trip.

6 TAKE CONTROL There s no hiding the pedigree of the MDX as a track-honed performance vehicle that connects you to the road. Beneath its aggressive looks lie heart-pumping performance features, including a direct-injected, 3.5-litre i-vtec V6 engine, torque-vectoring Super Handling All-Wheel Drive (SH-AWD ) and a 9-speed automatic transmission with Sequential SportShift paddle shifters. 7 INTEGRATED DYNAMIC SYSTEM (IDS) With Comfort, Normal and Sport driving options, our Integrated Dynamic System (IDS) delivers three modes of Precision Crafted Performance, designed to complement the personality of the driver. Choose between the three modes and the IDS will adjust the steering effort, throttle response, Super Handling All-Wheel Drive, even the sound of the engine, to match the mood you want to set for the drive ahead. If you re looking to raise your pulse, Sport mode dials up throttle response and weights the steering for a sports car-like feel while inciting a more aggressive response from the SH-AWD system. And for an even more engaging experience, put full manual control of the 9-speed automatic transmission at your fingertips with our raceinspired Sequential SportShift paddle shifters. AGILE HANDLING ASSIST Agile Handling Assist uses active braking to aid in the accurate tracing of your desired line through a turn. The system can brake individual wheels as needed, effectively using brake torque-vectoring to directly control the vehicle s rotation. Working jointly with Amplitude Reactive Dampers dual-valve suspension technology that reacts to the road and Super Handling All-Wheel Drive, the highly precise handling of the MDX was designed to feel more like that of a sports sedan than a seven-passenger luxury SUV. The MDX also happens to be the lightest vehicle in its class. * To reduce weight and increase rigidity, the body structure features lightweight materials such as ultra high-strength, hot-stamped steel, aluminum and magnesium. 9 SH-AWD SUPER HANDLING ALL-WHEEL DRIVE Super Handling All-Wheel Drive was designed to adapt to the driver for superb handling under virtually any condition, and is standard on every MDX. This innovative torque-vectoring system sends power to the wheels that need it most, distributing power from front to back, or side to side on the rear wheels, helping to match driver input, weight distribution and available traction. In a corner, the system sends up to 100 percent of the rear power to the outside wheel, effectively rotating the vehicle and significantly enhancing manoeuvrability and control. This performance technology helps to provide seamless power transitions and remarkable control control that goes beyond traction and forms a direct connection between driver and vehicle. CORNERING When cornering on dry surfaces, up to 70 percent of the torque is distributed to the rear. Torque vectoring allows up to 100 percent of that power to be distributed to the outside rear wheel, improving control and helping to rotate the MDX through the turn. LANE CHANGE For increased stability during lane changes, the SH-AWD system is designed to transfer power to the inside rear wheel. SLIPPERY ROAD Under slick conditions, SH-AWD is designed to actively send power to the wheel with the most traction. HIGHWAY CRUISE To help with fuel efficiency, up to 90 percent of the power is sent to the front wheels when cruising in a straight line. MDX with Elite Package shown in White Diamond Pearl.

AcuraWatch combines a network of nextlevel sensing technologies designed to increase awareness and support the driver, working to help mitigate and in some cases even avoid impacts. Sensors are designed to continuously monitor the vehicle s surroundings and can recognize not only vehicles, but also the shapes of motorcyclists and pedestrians even certainshaped shrubbery and mailboxes. AcuraWatch can warn of potential threats, provide steering input to help keep you in the centre of a detected lane, brake to maintain a set interval from vehicles detected ahead, and emergencybrake in some cases to help avoid or mitigate the risks of frontal collisions.
