This vehicle is our first product that meets the directive 2007/46 of the European legislation. A directive that, since we received the first signals in 2008, has been implemented in our company structure with a lot of intensity and passion. By the new directive the possibility exists to use this chassis as the basis for other applications in the transport world to use, such as mobile shops, horses, large volume transport, buses and more. That is why we want to show you with this small documentation our realization. Be assured that, in addition to the excellent service that we offer, our vehicles meet the highest quality standards, always accompanied by the necessary documents and conform to the current applicable legislation. 7 LOW FLOOR CHASSIS Page 6 IMPLEMENTATION : - The full chassis is completely hot dip galvanized after welding. It provides the chassis both internal and outside of a zinc coating which makes corrosion a thing of the past. - Air suspension of the rear axles is equipped with a leveling valve with 3 modes (low-running position-high). - At the lowest position, the floor height is ± 275 mm. - Rear axles are equipped with the standard Renault components. - Compressor for the air suspension is placed in the cabin under the driver seat. - Depending with what is discussed there is choice between a flat walking floor or a cranked walking floor. - Spare wheel. LIGHTING : - All necessary is lighting delivered with the chassis. The lamps will be placed in the construction by the body builder. All wiring on the chassis is present. HYDRAULIC SUPPORT FEET : - optional. Standard with each vehicle and required by European legislation : -rear bumper with EU type approval.
