ALL MODE 4X4: AGILITY AND VERSATILITY Urban or offroad The New Renault Koleos allows effortless driving thanks to its three-mode transmission. AUTO mode: (default mode when starting). The All Mode 4x4-i system guarantees best possible traction in all conditions by permanently optimising the torque split to the four driven wheels: those which benefit from the most grip receive more torque. In normal conditions, torque tends to be diverted to the front wheels only, with a view to keeping fuel consumption to a level comparable to that of the 2WD mode. LOCK mode: In more difficult conditions, and at speeds of less than 40km/h, torque is evenly distributed to the front and rear wheels, allowing the New Renault Koleos to showcase its 4x4 ability. 2WD mode: The two-wheel drive mode is ideally suited to dry roads or motorway driving for optimised fuel consumption. POWERFUL YET EFFICIENT The 2.5l petrol engine in the New Renault Koleos stands testament to Renault s advanced engineering. With outputs of 126kW and 226Nm, the New Renault Koleos has more than enough power to propel you in the urban jungle or in an offroad scenario while still returning very good fuel economy.
