2 CONCEPT To commemorate its 100 th Anniversary, Maserati has created unique designs of its top performance models, the GranTurismo MC Stradale and GranCabrio MC called Centennial Edition. A complete range of new colors were created by the Maserati Style Center to highlight our prestigious history and to demonstrate our vibrant future. Three unique new three-layer paints and 4 existing exterior paints are available on the Special Edition cars for a total of 7 fixed combinations available on both coupè and cabrio versions. These models start production in summer 2014 and will be offered along with our standard GranTurismo and GranCabrio models. Production will be limited during the year of the Maserati Centennial ( ). This Special Edition was launched in April 2014, at the New York and Beijing Auto Shows. World Premier colors are the new Rosso Magma and Blu Inchiostro three-stage paints, representing a modern interpretation of the colors of the Maserati logo and the emblem of the city of Bologna, where the company was founded the 1 st December The MY15 Maserati lineup will offer a complete range of sports cars consisting of the following versions: - GranTurismo - GranTurismo Sport - GranTurismo MC/MC Stradale - GranTurismo MC Stradale Centennial Edition; - GranCabrio - GranCabrio Sport - GranCabrio MC - GranCabrio MC Centennial Edition

5 GRANCABRIO MC HIGHLIGHTS 460 CV 4.7l V8 Engine Suspension & Chassis MC-Auto shift Exhaust System Dual cast slotted and drilled brake discs Exterior Bodywork Powerful engine developed to enhance the performance in terms of power and torque without any increase in fuel consumption and emissions. The GranCabrio MC boasts single rate dampers as standard that enhances the sporty feeling of the car but maintaining a proper comfort. This feature includes a wide range of leisure functionalities that turn the GranCabrio MC in an enjoyable car even in the sportier driving conditions (The launch control, the gear keeper, the RPM indicator, the Down-shift double declutch) The GranCabrio MC s exhaust retains its exhaust bypass flap, which bypasses the silencer to create its sportiest identity. This flap is permanently open in Sport mode Brembo dual-cast technology coupled with 6-piston brake calipers at the front and 4-piston brake calipers at the rear Maserati Corse design features with MC front bumper with integrated front splitter, MC side skirts, MC rear bumper, sport centrally-positioned dual tail pipes, in chrome plated stainless steel. It has been modified starting from the coupe solution and fitted in order to respect the restrictive rules concerning the pedestrian impact. 7 CENTENNIAL EDITION NEW TRIPLE-COAT PAINT DESCRIPTIONS The Maserati style department has designed each configuration of the centennial edition in order to create a tri-color effect, both in the paint itself and in combination with the interior elements. - Rosso Magma This new color is a special pearlescent paint with undertones of purple and dark blue. It is Maserati s unique interpretation of Italy s traditional motorsports racing color. Rosso Magma and Blu Inchiostro signify the colors of the city of Bologna where the company was founded a century ago and they are the colors of the traditional Maserati oval logo. - Blu Inchiostro - The new Blu Inchiostro color with deep dark glints, has been specifically developed to combine with the lighter shades of the interior, creating a visually pleasing transition between the two areas. This color is sporty, while retaining the elegance of intense color with reddish undertones. - Grigio Pietra - The third new color is the Grigio Pietra. It represents a modern interpretation of the solid grey of many Maserati sports cars challenging in the 50s races. This color is also a triple-coat with subtle mica particles, providing an interesting flop of the curves surfaces of the body at the sun light. To complete the color range the following standard range paints are also available: - Bianco Birdcage - Nero Carbonio - Bianco Eldorado - Grigio Granito Three principal tones have been used to create an unique effect and an homogeneous style language in line with the celebration of the Maserati Centennial. The exterior color paint is matched to the interior by the red accent stripe of the seat cushions. The white accents of the wheels that emphasize the prongs of the trident are matched with the interior stitching in white. The dark color of the wheels and the exterior carbon fiber items recall the interior Poltrona Frau leather color and the sporty and precious trim in the same technical material.

8 RECOMMENDED EXTERIOR CONFIGURATIONS Each special edition features a standard configuration, where the exterior color is matched to a specific interior for a total of 7 configurations, as illustrated in the attached grid. For the exterior, the wheels and the calipers are part of the recommended configuration, as shown in the chart below, but remain an open choice for each vehicle.
