3 Inspired by Alpine s rich heritage, the A110 places driving pleasure front and centre. The mid-engined, two-seater sports car takes Alpine s core principles - agility, compact size and lightweight build - and deploys them with modern day expertise. In its element both on the racetrack and a winding mountain road, the A110 is still refined and effortless to use every day. Exterior line At its core, the Alpine A110 is a taut line drawn in a single stroke. It s a skin wrapped ever so tightly around powertrain, lowered seating and centre of gravity. The expansive curved rear screen, and side panels with accent lines, highlight the pronounced wheel arches. Light signature Inspired by the classic models of the Sixties and Seventies, the new A110 revives Alpine s distinctive four headlamp design, now with full LED technology as standard. Strength and lightness The A110 owes its remarkable agility and rewarding handling to its strong, yet very lightweight aluminium structure. A clean-sheet design, the body is bonded and riveted both to add strength and to reduce weight even further. Less than 1100kg Designed and engineered with an attentive eye for detail, the A110 weighs as little as 1098kg. Aluminium is used for the suspension components as well as the body, while Sabelt sports seats, weighing just 14.1kg each, help to keep weight down even further. As a result, the A110 is agile and engaging at all speeds.
