See Use Of Brand Names clause in the general terms and conditions referenced in Attachment A of the original Invitation for Bid. 3. This Addendum #3 and the attached revised Price Schedule fully incorporate all changes made in Addendums 1 and All other terms, conditions and descriptions remain the same. 5.
