3 GENERAL LETTER 3368 ATTACHMENT 1 Page 2 of 2 NEW 308 KEY INFORMATION Ordering Motability Systems are now open to accept applications on new 308 DIALOG is also open to accept vehicle orders for new 308 motability.co.uk Please be advised only new 308 will be visible to customers on motability.co.uk from today. Please note only derivatives listed in the Customer Price Guide will be visible to customers on motability.co.uk. NEW Payment Guarantee General Letter 3351 announced an Payment Guarantee to enable new 308 to be supplied at the same Payments as current 308. Where an Payment has increased, please submit an invoice for 100% of the Customer Payment difference. This invoice should be addressed to Gareth Houston, Consumer Programmes Manager and mailed to Pinley House. Where an order has been taken for a new 308, simply modify the customer application with Motability to include the VTN number of the new 308 derivative being supplied. Please note, new 308 must only be supplied to Motability on the correct VTN number. Margin New 308 will attract a 2% Standards on Delivery Margin, paid via ESSOR Operation Code E75BFLEET. CURRENT 308 Current 308 will remain priced on Motability for the remainder of Q3. It will not be possible to make an application for current 308 after 30 th September 2017.

5 Administration Period: The Prices detailed on the following pages are applicable to all new Customer Agreements issued by Motability Operations from 1 st July to 30 th September 2017 Metallic Paint: Motability Customers continue to enjoy the benefit of Metallic Paint free-of-charge. The cost of this will be re-imbursed to the supplying Dealer automatically after correct registration of a Motability Contract Hire vehicle Pearlescent, Textured & Ultimate Red Paint: Where a Customer chooses to have a vehicle with a Pearlescent, Textured or Ultimate Red Paint option, the price difference between that option and Metallic Paint should be treated as a Customer Pay option and paid by the customer Vehicle Pricing: There may be some instances where the Basic Price of vehicles will change during a quarterly period, or vehicles are consigned at a price which differs from that stated on the Customer s Agreement. In these instances, please follow the below procedure: Amend the Customer s Agreement if a revised Profile Code has been issued which reflects the correct Basic Price and the Customer s vehicle has not yet been delivered OR ONLY if the Customer s vehicle has been delivered prior to a new Profile Code being issued o o Submit an invoice for 98% of the price difference value. This invoice should be addressed to Gareth Houston, Consumer Programmes Manager and mailed to Pinley House The invoice must be accompanied by the following copy documents: Vehicle Consignment Note from PSAWL New Vehicle Invoice Details schedule (part of the Customer s Motability Agreement) Note: Invoices which are not accompanied by the correct documents will be rejected and remain unpaid Confidential for Dealer use only
