4 RALOE Homelift Catalogue 4. HOMELIFT This is a personal lift that can be installed either in homes or at the workplace. We offer two homelifts designed by our team of highly qualified professionals: -Beltus, the traction homelift. -MyDomestic, the hydraulic homelift.

5 5. BELTUS Traction HOMELIFT ADVANTAGES Maximum safety: We have extensively studied its structure in order to guarantee the lift safety levels. Decorative adaptability: Beltus can be provide the same decoration as any other lift (car model, automatic doors, etc.). Single-phase: Operating on a single-phase supply 220 V. Easy maintenance: It is without cables. The toothed belt avoids the replacement due to roping. Environmentally-friendly: Without oil or bad smells. MAIN CHARACTERISTICS The feature that differentiates our product from the other traction homelifts on the market is the use in Beltus of toothed belts instead of cables in order to eliminate the counterweight. Toothed belts provide longer durability and lifetime to avoid thread galling and periodic replacements. Furthermore, in Beltus the space of the shaft is exploited to the full: there aren t neither the counterweight nor the machine room. The machine is always placed within the shaft without needing more space than hydraulic lifts. The frame is the same but has been adapted since the counterweight and the rope anchorage have been eliminated and the toothed belts fixed. Optimisation of space:: Best optimization available shaft. Furthermore we guarantee a maximum of safety with reference to European Standards Obligatory prefabricated cupboard or Machine room. At the same time, the entire motor unit control is performed during the upward movement, managing to reduce the starting consumption and regulate the acceleration and deceleration ramps in an optimal way. The lowering movement is done through 2 speed valves with a Blain cushioned stop. With this combination we get a great comfort both uphill and downhill. Depending on the load and the travel we can use 3, 4.5,5 ó 6,5 HP motors.

Instantaneous safety gear system Certified device acting in case of breakage of one of the two ropes, taking care of user s safety. Safety Gear Valve Hydraulic equipment is provided with a certified valve, acting instantaneously in case of leak or break-age of the hydraulic circuit. Floor lowering security system In case of a power outage, the emergency light in the car turns on. The passenger can get off at whatever inferior level, pushing the button of the desired level. Mechanic stop in pit and headroom Placed in the guide, it shall decline not more than entering the pit or rise to the car ceiling in order to stop so that car can be caught in the pit or in the headroom by the maintainer. Stop button in pit To cut power before entering the shaft, press the security STOP. Overweight pressure switch Installation includes a pnematic pressure switch with an acoustic buzzer avoiding car motion in case of overweight. Safety without doors Without doors in car a light curtain avoids the car to start or stops its movement, if it detects a obstacle in the working zone. Safety with doors With automatic car and landing doors a photocell avoids user to be hit by the door. Security upron Security upron in lift car avoids shaft trapping.

13 13. OPTIONAL Comfort: OPTIONAL Safety: Detection system (on the roof) Security detection system installed on the landing door at the top floor. Will operate when using the emergency key, driving the contact switch which avoids the car movement and (being trapped) on the roof.
