5 Main components Lifting unit Motor, pump unit and valve block mounted inside a completely closed oil tank. Electronic synchronism device also assembled inside the oil tank Valve blocks directly flanged to cylinder No hydraulic tubes No hydraulic pipes No hydraulic couplings Valve block directly flange at cylinder Motor In case of any leakage, oil flows into the Oil tank! 6 Main components Lifting unit A potentiometer is mounted within the closed oil-tank. By measuring the oil-level with a float switch, the exact hight-level of the ram can be calculated via the PLC As the oil-level of all three rams are steadily monitored, synchronisation-accuracy within 40 mm is assured through black-white synchronisation

7 Main components Cover Head pieces in fully recessed execution Best possible solution for low buses (e.g. low-floor buses with broken air suspension) Reduced set-up times as rams can be positioned in lowest position (e.g. through AWBP) - Lifting units do not have to be raised first In raised position, all gaps are closed through pneumatic second floor fill-in-parts 7

8 Main components Cover/Second floor In raised position, all gaps are closed through pneumatic second floor fill-in-parts 2 x pneumatic cylinders (piston diameter 63 mm) are mounted underneath the head-plate of the lifting unit A steel-plate is mounted on top the cylinders Air (8 bar) has to be provided by customer to the point where the electric-control box is placed By pressing the button lift the pneumatic-valve is activated, Pneumatic piston moves out all gaps are closed 8 While lowering the cylinder, at a certain height (approx + 50 mm), the pneumatic valve closes the head piece and second floor lower in recessesion

14 Options Red/green light To assure that every lifting unit is in lowest position before driving on/ off the lift it is equipped with redgreen light indicators. Automatic Wheel Base Positioning All three rams are equipped with a proximity switch. Only if all rams are located in lowest position, the indicator switches from red to green. The drive on /off is clearly signalled. Proximity switch All three rams are equipped with a rope-length sensor (sensoring the moving range) To reduce set-up times, up to 16 axles-distance (=bus types) can be stored Easy selection and recall of stored position by switch or display (optional)
