2 DAMPERS AND OPERATION KITS Our dampers are manufactured from corrosionresistant ABS plastic. Insulating properties of this material prevent condensation making it ideal for use with heating/cooling air conditioning systems (temperature range 0-65 C / F). Dampers serve as airflow capacity regulators in the ducts. They control the air supply to the individual users. These dampers are of the butterfly type and allow adjustment of 90 from fully open to closed position. 5 control methods are available: Mechanical, electrical, thermostatic temperature control. The thermostatic method allows to control the dampers proportionally regarding the difference between the actual air temperature and the desired temperature.

3 MODULAR ROUND DAMPERS OPPOSED BLADE DAMPERS Available from diameter 4 up to 14, the dampers are designed for the direct connection to the flexible ducts or straight to the duct manifold of the A/C unit. The dampers of 14, 12 (8 on request) feature an oval shape. These dampers are uniquely designed and the damper shell is split into two halves which are joined together on site. These stack able dampers ship compactly- saving storage space and shipping costs. Assembly is simple: slide the web into the slot, press the halves together until they click and the damper is ready for use. Opposed blade dampers for supply air grilles. 9 PROPORTIONAL DRY CONTACT MULTIZONE ZONE SYSTEM ZC-207DK The Proportional Dry Contact Multi zone System Type ZC-207DK has a dry contact controller. Designed to control up to 7 zones with round ABS dampers (diam. 4, 6, 8, or 14 ), and By Pass electrical proportional damper, 2 relays and communication port. The communication port allows connecting additional controller to the main one. This feature allows connecting up to 14 zones to one system. The ZC-207DK have indication panel that will display the status of system operation. It operates the air conditioning unit by two dry contacts relays and is not interfering with the air conditioning controller. The A/C will receive the command to operate or shut off according to the total system demand for cooling or heating. The controller receives operation commands from each zone and controls the air damper proportionally. The system is equipped with quick connectors to ensure convenient and quick installation of the system elements. According to the accumulation of the total openings of the dampers, the proportional electrical by-pass damper and air conditioner s operation is adjusted to the required level of air conditioning. Consequently, with the decrease in heat or cool load, the evaporator fan speed will decrease, the compressor will stop its operation and in parallel, the by-pass damper will fully open to drain surplus air volume in the system and make an easy start for the fan in the next operation cycle. The main board C-207 controls: the evaporator fan speeds, one or two stage compressors, heat pump which operates in the heating mode, condenser fan speeds and fan coil.
