We only use the best rubber composition from renowned European producers. Our R&D department is continuously developing and improving our tyre solutions. With our modern and well equipped plant our specialist employees create the top quality tyres, tracks and drive wheels. Preprocessing The first step in the retreading process is the inspection of the casing because it is important to determine the retreadability of a tyre or track. After an extensive check, the remaining tread will be removed mechanically up to the canvas. This punctual process is work for true professionals because the new tread must be well attached. After all damages and irregularities are removed and repaired the preprocessing is completed. 4 Obo Tyres
Pre-Cure In the Pre-Cure retreading process the casing is provided with a new pre-shaped tread that is available in many sizes and types. This tread is adapted for each casing and adhered to the casing by means of a highquality rubber binding layer. The vulcanization takes place in an autoclave. Perfect suitable for smaller production numbers Custom made tyres, many treads available in any size Hot-Cure The Hot-Cure retreading technique is very similar to the manufacturing process of a new tyre. The tread profile is being formed in a mould, and after the process the appearance of the tyre is as new. Advantages: Hot-Cure tyres have a cosmetic advantage, they appear to be brand new. The tread joints are not visible. Perfectly suitable for larger order batches. Obo Tyres 5

Levelling The tread of new tyres and tracks can be too aggressive for a particular application.
