League of Italian States DWAL06 - Naval Battle Group 31 x highly detailed multi-part models of a League of Italian States Naval Battle Group. The League of Italian States Naval Battle Group contains the following models: 1 x Mars Class Battleship, 3 x Gladius Class Cruisers, 9 x Scutum Class Frigates, 2 x Fortuna Class Bombers, 10 x Tiny Flyer Tokens, 6 x Uccisore Class Motor Torpedo Boat Tokens, Stat Cards, Acrylic Flight Stands, Turning Template Sheet, Italian Fleet Rules Sheet & Token Sheet. Highly detailed resin and pewter models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic bases included.

Known around the world as the masters of surface raiding, the League of Italian States maintains a sizeable fleet of powerful warships to patrol the Mediterranean. With their bristling turrets mounted atop ornate, arrow-thin hulls these vessels of war make no effort to hide their true nature in battle as they descend upon the enemy like a pack of wolves, circling and outmanoeuvring before delivering the final killing blow. Mars Class Battleship The pride of the Italian League s Hunter Fleets is the mighty Mars Class Battleship. Named for the ancient Roman god of war, this potent warship is nothing less than death incarnate. As with almost all large Italian vessels, ornate decoration and streaming banners make them almost moving works of art, but no less deadly for it! Italian designers pioneered the idea of major warships carrying heavy firepower at high speed, and with its water-jet propulsion system and steam turbines, the Mars is capable of outpacing most other ships of its class, slicing through the water with graceful ease. The Italians prefer to rely upon advanced Sturginium Age science for defence rather than the brute strength of heavy armour, and so within the Battleship s hull is a thrumming Shield Generator. Gladius Class Cruiser Its hull cutting through the foaming seas like the weapon it is named for, the Gladius Class Cruiser forms the mainstay of the Italian League s Hunter Fleets. The League compensates for the smaller numbers of major ships at its disposal by making each one a weapon of great potency, and the Gladius is no exception. The cruisers form roving killer squadrons capable of running down anything they can catch, and swiftly outperforming almost everything that could overcome then. Ships of the Gladius class are manned by some of the most elite sailors in the League fleets and captained by the pick of their most ruthless commanders. Like all Italian ships, this cruiser is heavily armed for its size, boasting a brace of heavy cannon and multiple torpedo tubes, and with a glowing shield to ward away enemy fire. The result is a powerful ship of the line, easily the equal of anything else of its size afloat. Scutum Class Frigate/Escort The versatile Scutum Class Frigate is the most common vessel used by the League Hunter Fleets. Large numbers of these ships are produced by all Italian yards, and their relatively simple, hardwearing technology makes them easy to maintain and repair. Fortuna Class Bomber Designed by the renowned Sicilian aircraft designer Giuseppe Cipriani, the sturdy tri-wing, tri-motor Fortuna forms the core of the Italian League s maritime aerial attack forces. This study flying-boat is a formidable power in the skies of the Mediterranean, and indeed anywhere else where its shadow falls. Capable of an impressive turn of speed despite its size, thanks to turbocharged engines, the aeroplane can deliver large salvoes of torpedoes and clusters of Sea Devil magnetic mines. Many a hard-pressed Britannian or American vessel has fallen victim to Fortuna attack in the war-ravaged western Mediterranean - either by direct strike or by running over mines laid in their path as they retreat from the firepower of the League s warships. To add insult to injury, as far as the League s enemies are concerned, the Fortuna mounts a compact Shield Generator, one of the smallest such heavy-duty units seen outside the service of the Covenant of Antarctica. This gleaming ward allows the Fortuna to shrug off even the fiercest defensive fire as it descends with a howling roar to deliver its deadly payload! Uccisore Class Motor Torpedo Boat With a lot of its naval strength based in the Mediterranean, the Italian League has a long history of using small, light, Motor Torpedo Boats to strike from ambush against larger enemy warships, or mount night raids on enemy harbours. In both cases, the aim is to use guile and subterfuge, combined swift assaults to destroy large and costly enemy naval units with the minimum expenditure of men and material. The Uccisore, or Slayer, is by far the most common type of torpedo attack boat in service with the League s fleets. Very fast, low-lying and extraordinarily agile, squadrons of these craft dart between the great warships like swarms of mosquitoes or locusts, their commanders and crews ever ready to deliver a lethal and often fatal sting to enemy heavy units already battered by heavy gunfire. All Hunter Fleets take large numbers of these vessels to sea, even on distant stations. They can be carried by large vessels over long distances, and released just prior to battle in order to harass the enemy. These Frigate squadrons function as the outriders of the Hunter Fleets, the packs of seaborne hounds that find and fix choice targets for the main body of their parent fleets to bring down with heavy firepower, massed torpedo and aerial attacks. The Scutum also has an unusually heavy complement of defensive weaponry for a vessel of its class, in the form of extensive flak batteries and concussion charge launchers. Not only does this make Frigate squadrons an excellent first-line of defence for the Hunter Fleets against air and rocket attack, they also make highly effective Escort units for heavier warships such as Battleships and Carriers.

League of Italian States DWAL07 - Support Group 20 x highly detailed multi-part models of a League of Italian States Support Group. The League of Italian States Upgrade Set contains the following models: 1 x Affondatore Class Carrier, 3 x Scutum Class Frigates, 4 x Cinquedea Class Destroyers, 6 x Tiny Flyer Tokens, 6 x Uccisore Class Motor Torpedo Boat Tokens, Model Stat Cards Highly detailed resin and pewter models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic bases included.

The Core of the Italian fleet lacks no amount of support in the form of the nation s larger or more specialised warships: vast Carriers, fast Destroyers and deadly Motor Torpedo Boats. Working in tandem with the other ships of the fleet, the elements of a Support Group are what make the Italian Navy such a threat on the high seas. Affondatore Class Carrier The largest ships in service with the Italian League s naval forces, the mighty Affondatore Class Carriers are based on the same basic hull form as the Mars. These vast juggernauts have proved themselves time and again to be fully capable of dominating the surrounding area with their many weapons and varied secondary systems. The more calculating Italian Sea Wolves often choose a Affondatore over a Mars as their flagship for this reason. Unusually for a Carrier vessel, especially a conversion, the Affondatore retains almost all of the Mars heavy firepower. With the slender primary hull almost completely filled with the same weaponry secondary systems and power plant as the Mars, the Affondatore is fitted with two great outriggers to fulfil its Carrier role. As well as offering the craft increased stability, the outriggers provide space for the Affondatore s complement of aeroplanes and Uscciore Motor Torpedo Boats. An Affondatore is thus a vital asset to a Hunter Fleet, and a deadly opponent for the enemy, capable of delivering destruction through aerial strikes, torpedoboat attacks and devastating long-range bombardments. Cinquedea Class Destroyer Even among the naval forces of fleets famed for their hunting expertise, the Cinquedea stands out as being especially proficient. Italian Destroyer captains and crews consider themselves a cut above their peers in the arena of fast strikes. Like all Italian warships, the Cinquedea is heavily armed for its class. Its hull sports a deep bilge keel to counterbalance the weight of the high-set heavy gun turret, giving it an outstanding field of fire without compromising stability. As well as its powerful main battery, the Cinquedea also mounts a fast-loading torpedo launcher in its prow. In many ways, these small but powerful vessels are larger versions of the tiny torpedoboats so beloved of the Italian Fleets. Indeed, Destroyer squadrons are frequently employed to provide heavy covering fire as the fast but fragile strike craft make their courageous attack runs. However, with their heavy armament and great agility, a Cinquedea squadron is fully capable of sending even a Battleship to the bottom. Scutum Class Frigate/Escort The versatile Scutum Class Frigate is the most common vessel used by the League Hunter Fleets. Large numbers of these ships are produced by all Italian yards, and their relatively simple, hardwearing technology makes them easy to maintain and repair. These Frigate squadrons function as the outriders of the Hunter Fleets, the packs of seaborne hounds that find and fix choice targets for the main body of their parent fleets to bring down with heavy firepower, massed torpedo and aerial attacks.

Prussian Empire DWPE33 - Schildtrager Class Medium Robot 2 x highly detailed multi-part models of a Prussian Empire Schildtrager Class Medium Robot. Highly detailed pewter and resin models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic bases included. From their workshops in Prussian Scandinavia, the Teutonic Order has produced some of the most terrifying pieces of military hardware seen on the world s battlefields. From the Faust Robots that spread havoc and terror amongst the enemy s infantry, to the mighty Metzger that dwarfs even the largest of Land Ships, the Order s machines have earned a fearsome reputation. New from the forges step the Schildtrager Class Medium Robots. Returning to the Order s knightly heritage, these towering engines are a wall of iron shrouded in a crackling energy shield that only the most concerted of assaults can pierce. Protecting more vulnerable vehicles behind their metal bulk and gigantic shield, these robots are swiftly finding a place at the vanguard of Prussian Empire assault forces. From the fore of the assault they push back the enemy in an unrelenting advance whilst absorbing any return fire hurled their way. When in range, the thunderous blast of the heavy Tesla Coil mounted to the Robots left arm sounds destruction for anything in their path, and any enemy foolhardy enough to linger will meet a swift end beneath their giant iron feet.

Prussian Empire DWPE34 - A2-L Ritter Class Light Tank 6 x highly detailed resin models of a Prussian Empire A2-L Ritter Class Light Tank. Highly detailed resin models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic bases included. The forces of the Prussian Empire are celebrated for their devastating boarding actions; swarms of elite assault troops and bold Luftlancers pouring from their vessels to overwhelm enemy crews before gutting their vehicles from the inside out. This tactic has now become even easier for Prussian ground Commanders to achieve with the A2-L Ritter Light Tank, a dedicated boarding tank. Ritter Squadrons take up position deep within the Prussian formation where they can avoid enemy gunfire. Then, when the advance is close enough they hurtle out from the lines to swamp a vulnerable target - even able to capture a reeling Land Ship if they pick their moment well. The design of the A2-L highlights this role. No weapon systems clutter the Tank, just a thick, angled shield to deflect incoming fire and large drive systems for high speed attacks. When in reach of the enemy, the shield is flipped aside so that a complex boarding ramp can be brought into play - allowing huge numbers of assault troops to swiftly force their way into the target vehicle and seize the prize.

Federated States of America DWFS33 - Columbia Class Land Train NOTE: The above image shows examples of each base; a full list of parts included are stated below. 1 x highly detailed models of a Federated States of America 2 x Front Piece, 2 x Rear Piece, 4 x Personnel Carriage, 2 x Gun Carriage, 2 x Rocket Carriage, Columbia Class Land Train. Actual model includes the following bases: Highly detailed resin models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. 2 x Flak Carriage, 4 x Supply Carriage (Supply Carriage variants: 1 x Empty, 1 x Crates, 1 x Pioneer Tanks, 1 x Defiance Robots)

The railroad has been a central part in the development of the American continent. During the Civil War many trains were heavily armoured and repurposed for military use. Over the years railroad technology has continued to advance, culminating in the Columbia Class Land Train: an ironclad marvel able to traverse the battlefield without relying on vulnerable rail tracks. The true strength of the Columbia, however, is its outstanding versatility. The powerful Sturgicite fuelled engine can tow a great variety of carriage configurations, enough to suit any battlefield situation. A simple carriage swap can change the train from flak defence to troop transport - allowing a Commander to bring the tools they need for the task at hand, without needing a large supply of individual tanks or an expensive refitting process. The Columbia can operate as simple fire support at short or long range with its Gun Carriages or Rocket Batteries. It can defend the lines from aerial assault with Flak Carriages or keep them well supplied as a Supply Train. A common choice is to swiftly deliver Infantry to the thick of the fighting in Personnel Carriages, and if all else fails a string of powerful Railway Guns can pound the foe to dust!

Empire of the Blazing Sun DWBS34 - Ronin Class Heavy Walker Above models are shown with the Mk II top, also included are 6 alternate Mk I tops (left). 6 x highly detailed models of the Empire of the Blazing Sun Ronin Class Heavy Walker. Tops to make 6 of each model type are included. Highly detailed resin models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic bases included. The Empire of the Blazing Sun are accustomed to fighting in some of the harshest terrain in the world, where simple tracked Tanks would swiftly become bogged down in dense jungle or find their passage blocked by rock slides. To overcome this problem, Blazing Sun engineers have pioneered the development of Walker technology - bizarre vehicles that manoeuvre on four long, stilt like legs that can traverse all but the most impenetrable areas with ease. The latest chassis to emerge from its production lines are the Ronin Class Heavy Walker. A much smaller and more agile frame than the bulky O-I Taka-Ashi, but still exceptionally resilient, the MK II version is able to deliver devastating close range firepower from its gun turret. The Mk I variant foregoes this heavy turret in favour of a huge complement of Rocket Corps Assault Samurai and a Cloud Generator to keep the Walker shrouded from enemy fire. Regardless of whether they intend to combat the foe with crippling firepower or deadly Samurai, these walkers can be relied upon to arrive at the enemy lines regardless of any obstacles placed in the way, ready to deal out unmatched destruction.

Empire of the Blazing Sun DWBS35 - Komainu Class Garrison Tank 6 x highly detailed models of a Empire of the Blazing Sun Komainu Class Garrison Tank. Highly detailed resin models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic bases included. Even in a world dominated by the wonders of Sturginium, the humble Ashigaru infantry form the reliable blade of the armies of the Empire of the Blazing Sun. However, to make the best use of their bold warriors, Blazing Sun Commanders need a reliable way to transport their troops about the battlefield, safe from the devastating weapons fire of Land Ships and other vehicles. Enter the Komainu Class Garrison Tank: hardy enough to safely deliver its cargo, fast enough to get them where they need to be at a moment s notice and able to hold hundreds of soldiers within its confines, despite its modest size. The Komainu can even lay down a steady barrage of incendiary rockets as it advances - fire enough to ward of any enemy seeking to pick off the transports before they can deliver their valuable cargo. When they do arrive, the fore facing assault ramp can be lowered, allowing the swift deployment of the Infantry straight into the action, ready to force the enemy from a town or trench line with a punishing lightning assault.

Empire of the Blazing Sun DWBS36 - Ryuo Class Large Robot 1 x highly detailed multi-part model of an Empire of the Blazing Sun Ryuo Class Large Robot. Highly detailed pewter and resin model. Model supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic flight stand included.

To the other nations of the world, the esoteric vehicles of the Blazing Sun are as strange as they are terrifying, rivalled only by the Covenant of Antarctica in their innovative designs. However, even the Empire s own troops have been awestruck by the extraordinary and deadly Ryuo Class Large Robot. Hovering above the surface of the battlefield on four huge turbofans, the mere sight of this enormous squid shaped robot is enough to send faint hearted foes fleeing in horror. Of course, given its massed rocket batteries, powerful tentacle cannons and the writhing mass of grappling arms ready to rend Land Ships asunder - perhaps flight is the wise choice! As might be expected, the Ryuo have rapidly been adopted by Blazing Sun Commanders as shock assault weapons. Whilst not particularly swift, their advance is relentless and ignores any terrain that might slow a vehicle restricted to the land. When it has reached its prey, usually a Land Ship at the core of the enemy force, it can pin it in place, unable to retreat or fire its weapons whilst the tentacles slowly constrict, buckling the enemy vehicle beneath it.

Republique of France DWRF33 - Grele Class Flak Tank 6 x highly detailed models of a Republique of France Grele Class Flak Tank. Highly detailed resin models. Models supplied unpainted and unassembled. Acrylic bases included. The armed forces of the Republique of France are famed for their ability to maintain aerial superiority through a combination of matchless fighter planes and heavy interceptors coupled with dense Ack Ack barrages from the ground or water. The Grele Class Flak Tank assures their continued dominance of the air from the ground. Squadrons of these Flak Tanks are able to create a wide and impenetrable net that even the largest airships and sky fortresses will fear to approach, and any lesser vessels will be shot from the sky in seconds. Another common tactic the Republique s Commanders employ is to attach these vehicles as close support to their other armoured Squadrons. This deters any attempt to weaken their advance with opportunistic bombing runs and can be used to effectively shield the Squadron from rocket attacks and boarding assaults. No defensive formation will be complete without a wall of Grele to blunt an aerial assault, and any push by the Republique s own air armadas will find its offensive unopposed by enemy fighter screens with these Flak Tanks to lead the way.

Breaking ground, the Russian Coalition get behind the Blazing Sun s Ronin Heavy Walkers. The Prussian Empire s Schildtrager launch an attack on the Columbia Land Train.
