1. INTRODUCTION CONGRATULATIONS, you are the proud owner of a pair of (for the purposes of this User Guide, the «Skis»)! Skis The RSK Skis are manufactured by Roski Composites inc., headquartered at 130, rue de l Église, Roxton Falls, Québec, J0H 1E0 (hereinafter «Roski»). 1.1. User Guide This User Guide (hereinafter the «Guide») was prepared by Roski and is available online at the RSK Trailer website: http://rsktrailer.com (the «Website»). The Guide is designed for information purposes only, with the aim of helping you to use the RSK Skis in a safe and enjoyable environment. The Guide contains details about the RSK Skis, their parts and how to use and install them, as well as recommandations, safety warnings and information pertaining to the Warranty offered by Roski. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR CAREFULLY READING THIS GUIDE AND THE REGULATIONS APPLICABLE TO DRIVING OFF-ROAD OR ALL-TERRAIN VEHICLES AND USING THE RSK TRAILER, AND FAMILIARIZING YOURSELF WITH THE RSK SKIS BEFORE USING THEM. 1. INTRODUCTION 1.2. Glossary of terms Upon receipt of your RSK Skis, examine the packaging for signs of damage and make sure that all of the parts are there. See figure below for a visual of all of the RSK Skis parts. This Guide refers to these parts in subsequent sections. Please refer to the figure below, as needed, as you read the Guide. 2. GENERAL INFORMATION 2.1. Safety, warnings and conditions of use The operator of the RSK Skis is responsible for using the RSK Trailer and Skis in accordance with the following recommendations and safety warnings : The RSK Skis are designed for off-road use only. Please refrain from any other use, notably driving on public roads. The RSK Skis RSK were not designed for surfaces like asphalt or rocks. Only a use on snow or ice is prescribed. Always respect the maximum load capacity of 2000 lb (910 kg), while taking into consideration the particular limitations of your off-road or all-terrain vehicle. The wear bars (see section 1.2. «Glossary of terms») supplied with the RSK Skis have a thickness of 12 mm. When the thickness of the wear bars reaches 5 mm or less, they must be changed immediately for reasons of safety and protection of the RSK Skis. For spare wear bars, contact us or your nearest dealer. The wear bars must be in full contact with the ground at all times when travelling. Please refer to the RSK Trailer User Manual for further information on using the RSK Trailer: http://rsktrailer.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/user-guide-rsk-1.pdf. If the RSK Skis are used with an ATV or a side-by-side having a track system, an extension bar is needed. The RSK Skis can not be used with a snowmobile. ROSKI ASSUMES NO RESPONSIBILITY TO THE OPERATOR OR ANY THIRD PARTY FOR DAMAGES RESULTING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE RSK SKIS WHILE FAILING TO COMPLY WITH THE CONDITIONS OF USE INDICATED ABOVE OR THE REQUIREMENTS INDICATED IN THE APPLICABLE REGULATIONS. 6
3. ASSEMBLY GUIDE 3.1. Components To begin, gather all the components necessary for the assembly, as shown below and illustrated in the following diagram: 2 RSK Skis 2 Brackets 4 1/4 Bolts (with nuts and washers) 2 Carpet pieces 1 7/16 Key 1 Ratchet 1 Extension 1 7/16 Socket 1 21 mm Socket 7
3. ASSEMBLY GUIDE 3.2. Remove the wheels Remove the wheels from the RSK Trailer by removing the 5 nuts using the 21 mm socket. 8
3. ASSEMBLY GUIDE 3.3. Install the carpet pieces A. Install the RSK Skis and mark on the Trailer the area of the lip where the back of each ski arrives. B. Remove the RSK Skis and glue in the marked areas the carpet pieces. 9
3. ASSEMBLY GUIDE 3.4. Install the RSK Skis A. Replace the RSK Skis and pre-screw the 5 nuts crosswise.! Warning! Place the nuts on the studs opposite the direction indicated to install the wheels (ie the cone outwards). B. Apply the tightening torque of 68 Nm to 101 Nm in the following order: 10
3. ASSEMBLY GUIDE 3.5. Fix the brackets A. Secure brackets with 1/4 bolts (including nuts and washers provided). To do so, take the ratchet with the 7/16 socket or take the 7/16 key. Apply a tightening torque of 7 Nm. 11
4. LIMITED WARRANTY Roski garantees, for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery, that the RSK Skis : a) may be used for what they were designed for in that they are used in compliance with the instructions provided in this Guide; b) comply with the description given on the website; and c) are free from material or manufacturing defects. 4.1. Roski s obligations The sole obligation of Roski under this limited warranty is to provide repair services and to supply replacement parts for the RSK Skis purchased through an authorized dealer for a period of one (1) year from the delivery of the RSK Skis. In the event that one or more of the above-mentioned parts cannot be repaired and the damage to the part is covered by this limited warranty, Roski shall replace the part in question, free of charge, for the skis owner, with the exception of transportation, shipping and delivery fees, which shall be at skis owner s expense throughout the warranty period. 4.2. Exclusions a) This limited warranty does not apply to damage caused by : I. Abnormal use of the RSK Skis; II. III. IV. Failure to follow the instructions set out in this User Guide; A collision or accident; Commercial or rental use of the RSK Skis; V. Poor maintenance; VI. VII. VIII. IX. X. Improper storage; Poor weather conditions; Temperature fluctuations; Transportation of the RSK Skis; or Any modifications made to the RSK Skis by any person other than an authorized representative of Roski. 12
4. LIMITED WARRANTY 4.2. Exclusions b) This limited warranty does not apply to cosmetic damage, including scratches, dents and discoloration, unless caused by a defect in the RSK Skis materials or workmanship. c) d) e) This limited warranty does not apply to damage resulting from any accidents, misuse, burns, or other external causes. This limited warranty does not apply to defects resulting from normal wear or aging of the RSK Skis. This limited warranty does not apply to any damage caused during transportation of the RSK Skis. 4.3. How to make a claim To be able to exercise this limited warranty, you must follow the following procedure : 1. Fill out the claim form http://rsktrailer.com/wp-content/uploads/2017/10/skis-rsk_reclamation_ang.pdf and email it, along with a copy of your receipt and photographs of damage to the RSK Skis, before the expiry date of this limited warranty. 2. An authorized representative of Roski will examine the submitted documents and will contact you within thirty (30) days of transmission of the above-mentioned documents in order to come to an agreement with you concerning the repair or replacement of the RSK Skis or any part thereof, if the claim is covered by this limited warranty. 3. If the required repairs are covered by this limited warranty, the authorized representative of Roski will notify you of where and when the RSK Skis can be retrieved. In the event that, following examination, the said authorized representative determines that this limited warranty is not applicable, he or she will notify you about this situation and about the fees payable for repairs to the RSK Skis or any of its parts, as well as the procedure to follow in order to have the RSK Skis repaired. 13

Roski Composites inc. reserves the right to modify the specifications, features, equipment and accessories of the RSK Skis at any time. Certain equipment shown in this User Guide may be optional. 14
