Light-weight ballistic plates The Celier Aviation Hard Armour Plate code named CAS-P is the lightest range of plates available in this category. Weight has become increasingly important as soldiers are required to carry more essential equipment into the battlefield. The more the weight saved in armour equipment, the more mobility awarded to the soldier. Also, personnel can opt to transform the weight lost from body armour to carrying more ammunition giving the carrier a higher offence capability. These types of ballistic plates come in various sizes and shapes and can be tailormade to the end-customer specifications. These plates can also be used in vehicle, aviation and naval security and they are ready available as stand-alone products. The CAS-P are able to maintain performance even after being hit by multiple rounds and have been designed to stop and contain angle shots thus reducing the risk of rebound to nearby personnel. Independently recorded back face trauma was also in conformance with the NIJ Level standards. The CAS-P show the same ballistic capability right to the edge of the plate hence maintaining leading edge performance. Testing this product range also showed full containment of spall, debris and any other residue following ballistic impact. 1

3. CAS-H3A MACH 3 Combat Helmet + Ops- Core The CAS-H3A combat helmet is aimed at the Military and Police special tactical units and close protection units. The CAS-H3A is built with revolutionary ergonomic shell geometry. Being Ops-Core, this helmet features a 3-point skeleton shroud for compatibility with all NVG mounts and communication systems. It also comprises of Ops-Core accessory rail connectors with hook bungees and external VELCRO brand loop. The CAS-H3A helmet only weighs 1.5 kg in size Large, which is a great reduction in overall weight when compared to other ballistic crew helmets at NIJ IIIA protection. The harness system is secured with only four bolts to ensure maximum ballistic integrity. The CAS-H3A is also equipped with a fully adjustable head harness and includes leather covered front and rear padding. The inside of the helmet is also prepared with five adjustable cushioning points in order to ensure maximum comfortability for the wearer. The CAS-H3A MACH 3 Combat Helmet + Ops-Core is available in NIJ IIIA (9mm FMJ / 44mag) to suit specific needs and operational requirements. 3
4. CAS-V3 Plate Carrier The CAS-V3 is a lightweight armour tactical carrier capable of holding large ballistic plates front and back and in adjustable side pouches. The CAS-V3 also allows for a singlehanded quick release system. Carrier may be quickly released by utilizing the pull tab located in the shoulder tab. The customer can also decide on the added number of outside pockets which can be made according to specific requirements. It also comes equipped with soft armour ballistic inserts that will cushion and absorb the energy of the bullet upon impact hence resulting in less back face deformation. This will also protect the wearer against the impact of shrapnel from I.E.Ds and grenades. The CAS-V3 comes in various sizes, depending on the requirement of the customer. They are also fully adjustable for height and width. The CAS-V3 is also fully waterproof and flame retardant. 4
5. CAS BS1 - Bulletproof Shield The CAS-BS1 curved design can be used to protect both police and military personnel from common handgun rounds such as.9mm,.45mm and.44magnum. Furthermore, it also shields the wearer from sharp objects and fragmentation. The CAS-BS1 Bulletproof Shield meets the requirements of NIJ standard Level IIIA. This bulletproof shield is made of high tech composites which still provide maximum protection but at a lower weight. This advanced new material is very capable of dispersing energy from ballistic impact without increasing the weight. In fact, this model weighs just under 5kg. It is also comprised of a stationary handle that comes with thick padding in order to reduce friction with the wearer hence improving comfortability. The CAS-BS1 is currently available in the following size; 55cm by 97cm (22 x 38 ). However, it can be customized according to customer specifications. This model comes with a 7cm by 23cm (3 x 9 ) ballistic viewport designed for multi-hit capabilities and with curvature for optimum peripheral vision. 5
6. CAS VIP Bulletproof Vest The CAS VIP Bulletproof Vest is manufactured from soft flexible armour which improves comfort whilst still retaining mobility. Being made out of soft flexible armour, it allows the vest to mould to the shape of the user. However, this can be tailor made to meet specific customer requirements. The generic model vest offers a total of 0.3m 2 protection up to NIJ IIIA, hence protection from common hand gun rounds such as.9mm,.38mm and the.44 magnum. The vest is also capable of protecting against multiple hits with reduced blunt trauma. The soft ballistic insert located inside the vest is heat sealed in order to protect against water and environmental degradation of the fibres. This model is the perfect solution for government departments, military and police personnel, body guards to VIP people and also business travellers heading to high threat environments. 6

Our bulletproof doors are made of a composite material where the sandwich structure depends on the type of protection needed and customer requirement. Our bulletproof doors are the lightest you can find nowadays on the market thanks to our patented pressurized fibres. Our doors and shades are manufactured using only the highest-grade materials. They are designed and built using the latest technology. These models are available in two different sandwich structures; 1. CPF Carbon (NIJ Level II and IIIA Depending on thickness) a.
