Southern California Edison Original Cal. PUC Sheet No. 58584-E Schedule CRPP Sheet 1 APPLICABILITY This Schedule is applicable to Customer Participants, as defined below, who elect to participate in the Charge Ready Program Pilot (CRPP). Customer Participants must install qualified Electric Vehicle (EV) Charging Stations connected to the electric Infrastructure (See Special Condition 4) deployed by SCE at long dwell-time locations where EVs typically charge for four hours or longer. Eligible Customer Participants must own, lease, or manage the Premises where the Charging Stations are installed. Customer Participants, if not the owner of the Premises at which the Charging Stations are to be installed, must obtain written consent from the property owner to participate in Schedule CRPP. Customer Participants must provide SCE with the rights of way across public or private property (as applicable) and permits satisfactory to SCE and obtained without cost to or condemnation by SCE, including a grant of easement signed by the owner of the Premises and approved by SCE. To participate in Schedule CRPP and be eligible for the Rebate Payment (See Special Condition 1.f), Customer Participants must purchase and install qualified Charging Stations in the quantity approved by SCE in SCE s sole discretion. Charging Stations, Charging Station suppliers, and installation vendors must be approved by SCE. Customer Participants must have an Edison SmartConnect meter or interval data recorder (IDR) meter dedicated to registering Charging Station load to participate on this Schedule. All Charging Station load must be separately metered from any other load served at the Premises. TERRITORY Within the entire territory served. RATES All usage registered on the meter(s) serving the Charging Stations must be served on an applicable General Service (GS) Time-of-Use (TOU) rate except as provided in Special Condition 9 below. 1C18

Southern California Edison Original Cal. PUC Sheet No. 58585-E Schedule CRPP Sheet 2 1. Definitions a. Customer Participant: The non-residential entity electing to participate on this Schedule that owns, leases or manages the Premises where the Charging Stations are installed. The Customer Participant must provide SCE with the rights of way across public or private property (as applicable) and permits satisfactory to SCE, including easements at participating Premises without cost to or condemnation by SCE. Customer Participants who elect to participate in Schedule CRPP must comply with all obligations, terms and conditions as set forth in this Schedule. b. Defined Plan: Customer Participants must complete, execute, and submit Form 14-966, Charge Ready Program Reservation Request and Contract Agreement, and Form 14-967, Charge Ready Program Proof of Project Milestone and Rebate Assignment, to SCE for approval. SCE must receive and approve both forms to complete a Defined Plan. A Customer Participant may choose to cancel its participation in Schedule CRPP at any time prior to submission of Form 14-967. c. Charging Stations: EV supply equipment models approved by SCE to qualify for Schedule CRPP. Customer Participants may only procure such Charging Stations from suppliers approved by SCE. Two types of Charging Stations are available to Customer Participants pursuant to this Schedule: Level 1 (120 volt) or Level 2 (208-240 volt) charging capability (as defined by SAE International, J1772 standard, published on October 15, 2012). d. Base Cost: The amount representing the best value for a Charging Station and its installation, as determined by SCE through primary or secondary market research. e. Rebate Level: The amount of the Base Cost covered by the Rebate Payment based on the EV charging market segment and the location of the deployment. In all Disadvantaged Communities, the Rebate Level is 100% of the Base Cost, regardless of the EV charging market segment. In Multifamily Accommodations not located in Disadvantaged Communities, the Rebate Level is 50% of the Base Cost. In all other locations, the Rebate Level is 25% of the Base Cost. 2C12

Southern California Edison Original Cal. PUC Sheet No. 58586-E 1. Definitions Schedule CRPP Sheet 3 f. Rebate Payment: The Base Cost multiplied by the Rebate Level multiplied by the number of Charging Stations in accordance with an SCE-approved Form 14-967. The Rebate Payment is payable after verification of deployment by SCE in accordance with the Defined Plan. The Rebate Payment is only issued when Customer Participant completes all requirements under the approved Defined Plan; SCE will not issue any partial Rebate Payment. The Rebate Payment shall not exceed the actual reasonable costs of the Charging Stations, including installation costs, provided that in no instance can the Rebate Payment be combined with other rebates or programs such that more than 100% of the Charging Station costs are recovered by Customer Participants. g. Funding Reservation: The reservation of funds by SCE to cover the Rebate Payment, anticipated Infrastructure cost to be incurred under Special Condition 4, and any other costs estimated by SCE in connection with the Defined Plan. All Funding Reservations are subject to Schedule CRPP funding availability as approved by the Commission. To be eligible for a Funding Reservation, the Customer Participant must provide the required proof of purchase in accordance with an SCE-approved Form 14-966 within the Procurement Period. If the Customer Participant fails to provide the required documentation, including the grant of easement signed by the owner of the Premises and approved by SCE, within the Procurement Period, SCE may cancel the Funding Reservation at the end of the Procurement Period and cancel Customer Participant s enrollment in Schedule CRPP. h. Procurement Period: The Procurement Period begins and the Customer Participant is placed on Funding Reservation only after Form 14-966 is completed and signed by the Customer Participant and the owner of the Premises (if different from Customer Participant), and approved by SCE. The initial Procurement Period is 30 calendar days from SCE notifying Customer Participant that Customer Participant has been placed on Funding Reservation. Customer Participant may obtain an extension of the Procurement Period for an additional 15 days by submitting an extension request in writing prior to the expiration of the initial 30 calendar days. SCE may, at its discretion, extend a Funding Reservation beyond 45 days if a Customer Participant is actively seeking to complete procurement of Charging Stations. i. Disadvantaged Communities: Census tracts in SCE s service territory with a top quartile score according to California Environmental Protection Agency s CalEnviroScreen 2.0 tool. 3C9

Southern California Edison Original Cal. PUC Sheet No. 58587-E Schedule CRPP Sheet 4 SPECIAL CONDITIONS 2. Term of Service: Service under this Schedule shall be for a minimum of ten years from the date the Customer Participant turns on service on an applicable rate schedule for the Charging Stations installed pursuant to this Schedule. Early termination of service under this Schedule is subject to Special Conditions 7 (Noncompliance) and 8 (Termination Costs), unless the Customer Participant s successor in interest executes an assignment and assumption agreement and agrees to abide by all terms and conditions of this Schedule. Customer Participant shall not assign the service under this Schedule without the prior written consent of SCE; and the Customer Participant s successor in interest must assume all rights and obligations under this Schedule for the remaining Term. Any assignment and assumption shall be in a form acceptable to SCE. 3. Pilot Participation Cap: Schedule CRPP is available on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to funding availability, as approved by the California Public Utilities Commission. 4. Infrastructure: SCE, at its sole discretion and in accordance with its applicable tariffs and design standards, will locate, design, and install the required Infrastructure necessary for participation in Schedule CRPP, including utility distribution Infrastructure (including any new transformers, services, and meters) and Customer Participant Premises infrastructure (including any new panels, stepdown transformers, conduits, wires, connectors, and any other hardware installed by SCE as part of Schedule CRPP deployment). SCE is responsible for all costs associated with Infrastructure deployed by SCE pursuant to this Schedule. 5. All Other Applicable Tariffs Apply: All other applicable SCE tariffs apply to service provided pursuant to this Schedule, with the following exceptions: Rules 15 and 16 Distribution Line and Service Extensions: Because SCE will design and install the required Infrastructure necessary for participation in the Charge Ready Program Pilot at no cost to Customer Participant, sections in Rules 15 and 16 that address applicant responsibilities or options may not be applicable to Customer Participants while participating in Schedule CRPP. This may include, but is not limited to, allowances, contributions or advances, payments, refunds, and design and installation options. This exception does not apply to certain responsibilities found in Rule 16, such as, but not limited to, Section A.10, providing rights of way or easements; Section A.11, providing access to the location; and Section D.1, providing a clear route for the Service Extension. 4C9

Southern California Edison Original Cal. PUC Sheet No. 58588-E Schedule CRPP Sheet 5 SPECIAL CONDITIONS 6. Charging Stations: Customer Participants must, at their own expense, procure, own, install, operate, and maintain the Charging Stations in working order at the originally installed location for the entire 10-year term of participation under this Schedule. With the exception of Customer Participants who are located in Disadvantaged Communities, each Customer Participant is required to install a minimum of ten Charging Stations at the Customer Participant s location, and connect the Charging Stations to the Infrastructure in accordance with the approved Defined Plan. Customer Participants who are located in Disadvantaged Communities are required to install a minimum of five Charging Stations in accordance with the approved Defined Plan. SCE does not represent any expressed, implied or prospective warranty, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for any particular use or application, of any Charging Stations. 7. Noncompliance: If the Customer Participant fails to comply with any of the terms and/or conditions of this Schedule, SCE may terminate the Customer Participant s participation in Schedule CRPP after sending Customer Participant a notice of default that remains uncured for five (5) business days from receipt, except for safety or security violations, which may result in immediate termination. 8. Termination Costs: Prior to the end of the ten-year participation period required by Term of Service under Special Condition 2 of this Schedule, if Customer Participant with an approved Defined Plan (1) elects to terminate its participation in this pilot, or (2) if the Customer Participant s participation is terminated by SCE due to Noncompliance under Special Condition 7, the Customer Participant shall pay all costs incurred by SCE in connection with deploying the Infrastructure and Charging Stations at the participating Premises on a prorated basis (over the ten-year Term of Service), including the Rebate Payment (if already paid), within 60 days from the cancellation date. 5C9

Southern California Edison Original Cal. PUC Sheet No. 58589-E SPECIAL CONDITIONS Schedule CRPP Sheet 6 9. Residential Usage: A Residential Customer residing in a Single-Family Dwelling within a Multifamily Accommodation may elect to be responsible for all usage registered on the meter associated with a Charging Station installed under this Schedule provided that such Charging Station is separately metered and installed at a parking space assigned for the exclusive use of the Residential Customer. Such usage is considered to be residential usage and must be served on an applicable residential Time-of-Use rate as determined by SCE. 10. Participation in Demand Response (DR) Programs: Customer Participants who select Level 2 Charging Stations must participate in at least one qualifying EV charging-related DR Program when such programs become available. 11. EV Charging Networks: Customer Participants selecting Level 2 Charging Stations must contract with a qualified EV charging network provider to access related usage data and obtain DR-related services (i.e., to curtail or suspend the load serving the Charging Stations or modify pricing of EV charging transactions following a DR signal sent by SCE as part of a DR event). Customer Participants must pay any costs or fees resulting from such arrangements, which Customer Participants must maintain for ten years following the date the Customer Participant begins service on this Schedule. Customer Participants and their selected EV charging network providers consent to providing SCE with access for the same ten year period to nonpersonally identifiable information in connection with end-user transactions, including, but not limited to, the duration of each charge, rate, cost, and load. SCE may collect or receive this data directly from the Customer Participant s contracted EV charging network providers. 6C16
