TM Ladder Cart OWNER S MANUAL Please read these instructions and safety precautions carefully before using this equipment.
Thank you for choosing Pearstone. The Pearstone PE-PSL3S transforms from a ladder to a cart. You can use it as a ladder to obtain higher vantage points for shooting over crowds or framing wide-angle shots, and you can convert it to a cart so you can easily transport your gear when you re on location. The Ladder Cart also collapses for easy storage. Contents Include Pearstone PSL-3S Ladder Cart Pearstone PSL3-SW Ladder Cart Wheels (Set of 2) Four (4) bolts Four (4) nuts User manual Opening and Closing the Ladder To open the ladder, lean it on its rear legs and push down on the handle in the top step. Make sure the ladder locks into position. To close the ladder, lift it up by the handle in the top step. Be careful not catch your fingers in the moving parts.
Installing the Wheels 1. Open the ladder and make sure it locks into position. 2. Position the wheel on the steps side of the ladder, and align the wheel s socket with the ladder leg. Note: Make sure the wheel guard is facing the proper direction, or the Ladder Cart will not roll on the wheels. 3. Fit the wheel onto the ladder leg, and push the wheel all the way up so the sockets for the bolts are aligned. 4. Insert the bolt into the socket from the outer side of the ladder leg, and fit the nut onto the threaded end of the bolt. 5. Hold the nut in place as you screw the bolt into it with a slot-head or Phillips screwdriver. 6. Repeat steps 4 and 5 for the other socket in this wheel. 7. Repeat steps 2 through 6 for the other wheel.
Positioning the Wheels 1. Close the ladder and hold it upright. 2. Hold on to the top of the ladder and step on the wheel, making sure that the ladder and not the wheel is supporting your weight. 3. With your weight still on the wheel, use your foot to guide the wheel into position. 4. Repeat steps 2 and 3 for the other wheel. Safety Warnings Please read and follow these instructions and keep this manual in a safe place. Do not attempt to disassemble or repair this product. Handle this product with care. Clean this product with only a soft, dry cloth. Keep this product away from children. Use only parts provided by the manufacturer. Make sure everything is secure before proceeding. Make sure that this product is intact and that there are no missing parts. To avoid damage to this product, be careful not to overtighten or improperly thread any of the threaded fittings. Using Your Ladder Cart To use your Ladder Cart as a ladder, follow these steps: 1. Make sure the platform is in its upright position and locked into the clips. 2. Guide the wheels to their closed position, so they do not protrude. 3. Open the ladder and make sure it locks into position. To use your Ladder Cart as a cart, follow these steps: 1. Close the ladder. 2. Guide the wheels to their open position, so the Ladder Cart can roll on them. 3. Disengage the tray from the clips, and position the tray outward so it protrudes at a 90 angle. To collapse your Ladder Cart for storage, follow these steps: 1. Close the ladder. 2. Guide the wheels to their closed position, so they do not protrude. 3. Return the platform to its upright position, and lock it into the clips.

The warranty provider s responsibility with respect to this limited warranty shall be limited solely to repair or replacement, at the provider s discretion, of any product that fails during normal use of this product in its intended manner and in its intended environment. Inoperability of the product or part(s) shall be determined by the warranty provider. If the product has been discontinued, the warranty provider reserves the right to replace it with a model of equivalent quality and function.
