Conclusions Average age of vehicles is now at 11 years, while hybrid vehicles continue to make up less than one percent of all vehicles in operation. Quarter-over-quarter growth in new vehicles registrations continues, with Q1 having greatest percentage gain (11.6%) in last 4 quarters Volume gains led by mid-size and small cars: Focus, Altima, Camry, 200, Optima Chrysler, Nissan and Hyundai gained market share, while GM, Honda, Ford and Toyota lost share Overall, corporate loyalty decreased slightly across the industry, with GM taking top spot, followed closely by Ford. Toyota had third highest corporate loyalty, followed by Hyundai and Honda.
